I ordered an item in April and never received it. I paid for the item. I have emailed customer service requesting a refund as well as talked to a sales associate who said I would receive a call back. I have not gotten my money back and I have not gotten a response to my emails and phone call. It has been over 45 days.

Ordered N scale locomotive May 14 2020. Unable to contact via phone or e mail about shipping and tracking data for 2 days no reply at all

This order has been shipped. It was delayed due to COVID. Tracking#***. Order is delivered but customer now no longer wants it

I placed an online order with Blue Rail Hobbies on April 28th 2020. Product showed in stock and I paid for expedited shipping for a total of $152.43. On April 30th I received an email saying my order number was #3429 and that it was on the way. It had a tracking code and according to USPS the label was created on April 28th 2020. Well as of May 22nd 2020, USPS shows they are still waiting for the package to arrive at the post office.
I sent an email on 5/1/20 saying tracking showed the package still hadn't moved. A voicemail was left on my phone on 5/3/20 from Robert (I assume this is the owner from speaking to him)saying he had been out of the office 4/29/20 - 4/30/20 and he was playing catch up. He saw that it was stuck at the distribution center and would call them to see if they could get it moving and if I had any other concerns to call him at (217) 461-2319.
on May 7th 2020 I got an email saying my order was stuck in a general purpose mail container at the distribution center and they were behind 3-7 business days due to the Covid outbreak and he would contact them again to get it moving.
I sent another email on May 11th and May 12th saying it still hadn't moved from the distribution center, complained about paying for expedited shipping and said that perhaps he just forgot to mail it.
On May 13th 2020 I received a response saying that if I was unsatisfied with expedited shipping that they will accommodate my shipping cost on a future order. No update on the package.
After receiving the email, I called Robert back at (217) 461-2319 and told him I was unhappy and he either needed to resend the package or give me a refund. He insisted that it was there and to give it until 7pm to see if it moved and if not he would reship the item.
Since that phone conversation, no one will respond to my emails and he won't take my calls. I've sent emails, left phone messages and even sent a message to their Facebook page and have only gotten silence. I don't know what else to do.

We have shipped this customers order twice. It is delayed due to COVID on his address area specifically. USPS has even attached a note with the package stating so.

I am rejecting this response because: I still have not received any packages from the business. Here is the original tracking number for USPS 9405510202079130075121. As you can see it still says they are waiting on it to be dropped off. This was from April 28th. There is no delay for Covid in my area. There have been 4 other packages arrive at this address from various other companies that got here in less than 7 days from being ordered.

I was sent an email the day I filed the complaint saying how sorry they were and that my package must be lost (I'd told him that for 3 weeks) and they would send another out within 3 business days. I have yet to receive new shipping info on the package. I waited 4 business days and emailed them asking about my order again. This was the last response I got on May 30th, "Due to large demand in product and limited staff our responses may have been delayed. We sincerely apologize. I assure you we are fulfilling your order and will have it on the way promptly. Your business is very appreciated. Thanks always BRH."

I replied again on June 2nd saying they have been assuring me for over a month now that it's on the way. I got no response. I do not believe it is on the way. I think he just wants me to go away and doesn't want to fulfill his obligation because of a lost order that may have never got mailed in the first place. I'm now starting to see many people complain about this business on their FB page and other model railroading pages on FB. I just want the product that was promised me ASAP. We have sent this twice. He has a covid issues of some sort according to USPS, and this is past 90 days and there is nothing I can see over 90 days.

I am rejecting this response because: He is a liar. He has never sent replacement order out unless he never supplied me with another tracking number. They now have many complaints, negative reviews and negative comments on their Facebook page, Yelp and other social media spots. Also the order was placed on 4-28-2020 so no it's not over 90 days old yet. I however don't want him to do anything anymore. My bank refunded my money and is investigating my claim. I used the refund to order it from elsewhere. I just want people to know not to order from this store because they are terrible.

..Tracking Number: 9405510202079130075121 it shows delivered, customer also agrees he is refunded. What more does Revdex.com want me to do? No matter what I do this will not close. Revdex.com this is not fair to the business. This customer is someone that will never stop complaining and will never be happy.
