I will not recommend this business to a friend or a family member .The service was not excellent they did not fix what I call four two times they were at the house .I am not happy or satisfied with the work

I can't say enough about Blue Ridge Heating They have been our service providers for many years but last year I purchased a new home with a host of furnace and ac problems Bill and the gang not only helped me with it but actually ate the cost of the labor for part of the repairs They are extremely professional and go the extra mile for you

I called Blue Ridge Heating and Cooling on one of the hottest and muggiest days I have seen in a while Donna answered the phone in a very kind and friendly tone She took down the details of my air conditioner situation and scheduled a technician for that afternoon Cecil arrived that same afternoon to assess the repair He was courteous and friendly, which is always a good thing He was able to complete the repair pretty quickly and my house was on its way to cooling off once again Great people and service!

Calling in to Donna at Blue Ridge for information regarding services provided was a pleasant experience. She was knowledgable of all services provided and had all the pricing information available at her fingertips. We set an appointment to have a technician visit our home to check & service our home heating system before seasonal startup.
Donna checked in the morning of the service date to let us know the approximate arrival time.
Louie, the technician showed up on time. He introduced himself, asked a few questions and got right to work. He was very neat in his appearance and very well mannered. He was even equipped with disposable shoe covers to to insure that our home would be kept clean. After performing his preventative maintenance service and seasonal startup, he took the time to explain about a few things in our system that would need future corrective actions to keep in running perfectly and efficiently.
Through the use of his I pad he was able to convey our HVAC issues to the office to be addressed at a date in the near future.

Excellent and thorough AC service (part of our service contract on two units). Cecil carefully checked both systems, gave us a clean bill of health and then proceeded to work up a parts and labor proposal for another project. The job was estimated promptly by Blue Ridge and an appointment was set up.
Very reliable firm and their staff is polite and on the ball.

Mike and Dennis did a great job. They were neat and very respectful of my home.

This company provides excellent customer service, and handles problems and comes up with solutions in a timely fashion.

The visit I received from my service tech Louie was nothing short of top notch. He was friendly, efficient and a delight to talk to. I wish there were more young men like that with his respective attitude.

Cecil is a pleasure to have service our units. It is good to have the same technician each time, so we do not have to explain all the idiosyncrasies of our systems. He arrived at the designated time and worked efficiently.
