Appointment was convenient and the service was excellent. The service person (Louie) was friendly and professional. The service was thorough and efficient.

Louie arrived at my home to perform maintenance on my furnace and generator.
Blue Ridge had called to inform me of his arrival time, and Louie was here within the arrival window. He was very respectful and polite, and finished his work in a timely manner.

Very impressed with the inspection of the heater in our new condo by Louie today. He was absolutely the most professional, knowledgeable, and polite service person we've met in a long time. He took time to answer our questions did a through exam of the system, and didn't try to 'sell' us anything. We will use this company again.

She called me several times throughout before Cecil arrived to keep me updated. Excellent Customer Service!! Cecil, the technician, was also extremely nice and professional. He fixed the problem with my air conditioner, explained everything in detail and also gave me some helpful information so that I might prevent future problems. Again, Excellent Customer Service!!!
