Mr *** has been untruthful and has not ever inspected this job himself, as owner. I signed his contract in good faith and believed he would guarantee his workmanship. There has been no customer service provided by Blue Ridge pools. As unfortunate as I find this, I will have no choice but to pursue this in civil court.

Blue Ridge Pools and Spas installed a replacement liner for Mrs. [redacted] in August of 2014. We returned to Mrs. [redacted]'s in October of 2014 to address her punch list. Which was as follows:1. The liner was coming out of the track.                   We reinserted the liner back into the track.2. The paint was chipped on her coping.                   This was caused by her winter safety cover. Which was new and had no plastic covers installed on the springs. She purchased this cover from another company, NOT Blue Ridge Pools and Spas. Our winter covers come standard with plastic spring covers. This was of no fault of Blue Ridge Pools and Spas but we left her two cans of coping paint (a $50 value) at no charge to her so that she could touch up the coping paint upon opening in the spring.3. The liner bottom has minor wrinkles.                    Our contract clearly states that we cannot guarantee a wrinkle free reliner installation. That's impossible, especially on older pools. Mrs. [redacted]'s pool is 39 years old (as she stated). All work was done with pride and great effort was made to install the reliner with as few wrinkles as possible.Mrs. [redacted] has a full 25 year warranty on her liner and one full year on labor. We have at no time ignored Mrs. [redacted]. We have spoken on the phone and emailed her as well. Mrs. [redacted]'s punch list was addressed in October of 2014, at which time she closed her pool. It is not possible to look at her pool during the winter months since the pool is obviously winterized, covered, and snow covered. In regards to the fire department filling the pool with water, water is never included in our reliner contracts. That is an industry standard. So she had to have water hauled in or delivered.Blue Ridge Pools and Spas takes pride in our work and customer satisfaction. We have excellent customer reviews and an "A+" rating with the Revdex.com. We have done everything to stand behind our work and warranties. At this point Mrs. [redacted] and family members have taken to slandering the company and owner via social media. Unfortunately the company's attorney has been contacted to deal with Mrs. [redacted].

I am in receipt of the notification for the complaint filed
by Mrs. [redacted].  At this time, we have
handed this matter over to our attorney to handle, due to the many false and inaccurate
statements made by Mrs. [redacted].  In
addition to the false and inaccurate statements, Mrs. [redacted]...

has publicly
slandered Blue Ridge Pools and Spas by methods of verbal communication and
social media.  Therefore, we saw no other
choice but to involve our attorney in the matter to handle this issue at
hand.
Blue Ridge Pools and Spas strive to make sure all of our
customers are taken care of, along with being 100% satisfied with the work and
services we provide. I assure you Mrs. [redacted]’s concerns and problems were promptly
addressed upon notification.  However,
due to the nature of the issue at this time, we feel best that our attorney
handle this matter going forward.  His reply
to the matter should follow this shortly. His information is as followed;

Review: The replacement of the vinyl liner in my 20' x 40' in ground pool was installed on Aug 7th, 2014. Mr [redacted] took my money but has yet to inspect the job. My liner is wrinkled beyond anything acceptable. There are divots in the liner due to poor workmanship. I held up my end of the contract but Mr. [redacted] did not. I am so unsatisfied. Many attempts at contacting him have failed. I paid $4785.00 to Blue Ridge Pools and the poor workmanship has compromised the integrity of the new liner. I have been a pool owner for 39 years, my 3rd liner and this is the very first time that I feel like I was in better shape prior to meeting Mr [redacted]. I am appalled that Blue Ridge Pools have ignored my many attempts to set up a date to meet. Over 19 tanker loads of water were provided by our local fire dept with our donation of $500, this was a request of Mr [redacted]. The pool liner will not last as long as others and cleaning the pool has become an issue because of the wrinkles and divots. This company is all about the money and no service. Customer service means nothing to them!Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement and the job done right. But knowing that would not happen with Mr [redacted]'s company, I would like a refund or at least a partial refund because I will be replacing this liner long before I should because of the poor installation! Mr [redacted] was made aware that I had a budget for this project of $4,000. I will not be able to redo this.
