I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
the problem was not only twice, many times!!! and my concern was no one is in the office to help on weekends and their is closed on weekends, I was without my service I paid for till monday when I changed services, they need to put managers in the stores!!!!!!!

Our records indicate that *** *** **was a customer with Blue Wireless from August, until July 4, For the majority of the years in which Mr*** was a customer, he did not voice any complaints On June 16, 2017, Blue Wireless experienced an unprecedented outage
caused by a power surge in BuffaloThis caused an issue with incoming phone calls for approximately days All other services were fully functional during that timeframe, including outgoing calls, text messaging and data We did notify customers of this issue and we did issue a $credit to Mr***'s account for the inconvenience This credit was equal to 20% of his entire monthly bill, which we feel was appropriate.Mr*** did disconnect his service in July stating he was moving to another carrier.At this point there is no additional action to be taken

Please note that Blue Wireless is in the process of upgrading our network.  During this time, there will be instances where calls may be dropped.  There were 2 instances in which this customer experienced dropped calls and these were 1 week apart.  I have been sued by our technical...

Ms. [redacted] is no longer a customer of Blue Wireless. I have tried to reach her via phone and email, but we nave not been able to connect.  Blue Wireless will send a refund check to the address listed on this complaint.  This should resolve this matter.

There is no other documentation to give you.  I have misplaced the phone.  Other than getting the receipt from the bank.  I have nothing but my word and the statement made.

Our records indicate that Ms. [redacted] was a customer in 2014.  We have no record, in her name for any transactions in 2015.  Please provide additional information in order for us to properly investigate this manner.   Thank you!

The issue is not about just June, this was going on from April until I dropped their service. I paid those months and had no service. I should be refunded those three months. When I brought the issue to their attention, I was told I should go to another service. Then on top of that I couldn't keep my number after all those years.Regards,
