After being a loyal customer with this company for several year with four phones, I decided to switch to another carrier. This company locked my son's iPhone and refuses to unlock it so I can switch to another carrier. They say it's already unlocked, but his phone says it's locked when he puts the new cim card in and Apple even said that Metro has it locked.
