I came to autonation seeking to purchase a vanAfter finally making our decision the finance department ran our credit to breakdown our interest and monthly paymentTo our surprise they offered us a 16.7% which was high and so requested for a lower interestHe came back with a 15% we agreed and intialed the corresponding paper workI had to then call my insurance agent to submit a down payment over the phone to be able to take the car that dayAfter more hours, we sit with this agent in the finance department who then begins to explain that he knew that we agreed to the 15% but that it was not locked and it could change to the 16.78% tomorrowIn great disappointment and frustration for wasting two more hours of our time we agreed he would let us know the next day if it went through before we signed any papersWe did not get a phone call what so ever, so we assumed they just weren't interestedThe lack of professionalism got worseI proceeded to call the agent in the finance department to please send me a letter that states that the transaction was never made and I was never in possesion of the car so that I can send the letter to cancel the insurance policyThis agent has assured me for the following days that he would send it and still has notJust on this visit to autonation I am losing money and the lack of concern from this agent has left me disappointed and with no regards to return to an autonation ever again

IF YOU HAVE MINUTES PLEASE READ THISI wanna start saying that I work in the car business so I can tell when they are giving me the run around, I bought a brand new Nissan 370Z at this place, when for the first time I bring my car to the service drive I had a terrible experience, to give you a little more of details I have an scratch on one of my front rims, I had it for a couple of weeks already but days ago my brakes started making a noise, so since my car only have miles I bring it to Nissan and try to get it fixed, well after hours with a very bad attitude my service advisor *** *** tells me that the mechanic said the noise is because of the rim, I asked him how that makes sense and he agree with me but he said since my rim is scratched my warranty doesn't cover for them to fix the noise, and *** *** decided to lied saying that they put a rim from another 370z they had in service and it didn't make the noise, I asked to talk to the service manager ( *** ) and with a very bad attitude he told me that they wasn't gonna fix nothing, I asked what year was the 370z that they used the rim and he tells me that they didn't tried anything, I was very upset at the moment and decided to leave, came back the next day and explained the situation to the General Manager
( *** *** ) he said they were gonna fix it for me,( it was a show ) he called one of the mechanics and he tried my car he heard the noise and he went back to the same service advisor and I ended up in the same process, then they tried to charge hour of labor, I refused to pay it and then I left, at this moment I am driving an unsafe car because of their bad costumer service, they were only trying to take my money, they even tried charging me $for my rim, when my rim wasn't the problem, I took the car to another Nissan and they ordered the part that was broken, I will never go back to this place for nothing, I feel disrespected they made me feel stupid they were laughing the second time I left, don't ever go to this place, YOU WILL REGRET IT, the only reason why I put start on the review is because I can't put any less, don't ever go to this place for service, they are terrible, they don't know how to talk to people, they need a training for costumer service, they don't even say good morning when you arrive to the service drive, you get there and the question is ( what do you want ) we are costumers, we deserve to be treated right

All they do is take people's money , my car was given the wrong diagnostic and all they do is deny their mistake , I took my vehicle times and now they are lien about things that were said and want more money than what I already paid

I have had a sonata that was stuck in limp mode at Autonation Tyler Texas Everytime I call to check on my vehicle, it takes minutes to get a real person on the phone I have to ask them to page someone to answer the phone *** *** seems to be the service manager over here I have spoke with him several times Each time I get no information After a week they have yet to diagnose the vehicle or give me a price to fix it Worst customer service experience ever A week later i'm still not sure whats wrong with this vehicle

I just leased a Traverse LT after having to turn in my *** EscapeI was very happy with my salesman MrGerman M who was very professional, knowledgeable and made my car buying experience very pleasantI went in with a very specific mind set as to the vehicle that suited my needs and MrM made every effort possible in order to address my needs and specificationsI very rarely leave a dealership feeling like I had a positive experience, but I can say that MrM was able to create a positive car buying experience for me todayI will not hesitate to return to Autonation Chevrolet Doral with MrGerman M for my future car needs, as well as recommending him to my friends and familyThank you again MrM for being so helpful, knowledgeable, and personable through the process of leasing my new Chevy Traverse LT

Visited the service to complain on work done regarding the transmission flushWaited one and a half hours so I can be told that I want issue to be reviewed I need to open service order and for that I need to wait more
Terrible experience when you don't know if your transmission might go bad because they are to lazy to check on their work

I bought a car from Stan back in JanuaryI flew in from out of state and Stan picked me up from the airportHe went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothHe even stayed until after 11pm on a Friday night to make sure everything with the deal went wellThis was all for a used carA+++ in my book

AutoNation Chevrolet of Pembroke Pines and its staff are a complete scam! They dragged a deal we had for daysThe deal was approved for 1.9% APR for monthsOn the third day, and over the phone, they increased the APR to 3.9% and their excuse was "We're not a lending company." Their second option was 0% for months for a RIDICULOUS monthly payment that increased the end value of the car by over $2,500! Did I mentioned this "new change/deal" happened after I signed all of the paperwork for the 1.9% and the monthly payments we agreed to? Is that even legal? Can they go back on a deal like that?

I would like to say that my experience in dealing with [redacted] was not only very professional but incredibly pleasant. He was truthful and a man of his word. He made leasing my S63 Coupe easy and I would highly recommend asking for him.

I brought my car from here about 3 weeks ago. [redacted] was my sales rep.. I am very satisfied with my car. They are like family now if there's anything wrong with my car I can go there and take care of it and if there's a problem I know for a fact they will be right by my side trying to help. All I can say is that I highly recommend buyers to get their car here, they will take care of you! Thank you again
