I brought my MB E350 for reprogramming after having installed a new amplifier and they told me that the radio was damaged and had to be replaced at a cost of $ 5.293. I left the place without making the "alleged" repair. Next day a MB mechanic in Hialeah made an ECU programming at a cost of $ 100 and the radio "supposedly broken" worked again ....!

I have perches a prius, next week I took one friend for 2nd car, finance manager at lithia spring, Georgia name [redacted] saying I will appriciat don't bring customer here and we don't wanna sell car to you. 1st he was racist 2nd arrogant. for this I called corporate office 5 times. always voice mail and today is 10th day haven't got reply yet. now finally calling my lawyer and filling sue on them.
I would say this location is not for good customer. take your business some other place I would suggest.

Late in the day on Jan. 19 I found that my 2014 Equinox would not start, dead battery.
I jumped started it and drove immediately to Autonation Chevrolet in Greenacrres where I purchased the vehicle. I was greeted by Service Advisor, Greg F S. I was especially distraught because I had an early next morning business to Naples, and wasn't ready to make other arrangements if my car was stuck in the shop.
Greg understood my plight and immediately had the car taken into the shop even though it was 4:30 and all the techs leave at 5pm. Within 30-45 minutes I received a call from Greg that the car was ready. Nothing wrong was found, the battery and charging system checked ok.
I was relieved and went for the car. Great customer service by Greg and Autonation.
The next morning the car started normally and I left for Naples. About 8am my phone rings and it was Greg Just checking to see if everything was ok.
I never had a dealership do that. Greg went above and beyond the call of duty,

The service here is pretty slow. I left my car there to fix the seatbelt, come on is the seat belt. It's been a whole week and I have not received my car yet. Customer service is awful, I tried to chat with them and they just gave me a number to make a service appointment and they close the chat. I tried calling to that number and they redirect me to another phone that nobody answered. Right now I am seat at home on December 30th without my car, It going to be a funny end of the year. I would suggest taking your car to another dealer if you need service.

I 'VE ONLY SEEN HOW WHITES PROTECT THEIR OWN, AND BLACKS SUFFER. I'VE FINISH FOR SEVEN YEARS IN THE TOP 1 OR 3 % IN SALES EACH YEAR MAKING 100K PER YEAR, ALL OF THE 1700 HUNDRED. SELLING OVER 200 CARS PER YEAR IS A BLESSING TO DO THAT. BUT THIS COMPANY DIDN'T LIKE A BLACK PERSON DOING IT. CUSTOMERS I SOLD WITHIN THAT TIME LOVE ME. I HAD MAYBE 5 CUSTOMER THAT DIDN'T LIKE ME. THIS LAST JUNE I MADE OVER $20K PAYABLE IN MY POCKET. THE DEALERSHIP MADE OVER $60K FROM SALES AND WARRANTIES AND PRODUCT FROM CUSTOMERS. AUTONATION STORES DISPISE A SUCCESSFUL BLACKMAN I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW PEOPLE CAN STILL ACT RACIST AND THINK IT IS NORMAL NOT TO BE FAIR AND TREAT PEOPLE LIKE DIRT. . HOW CAN YOU FIRE SOMEONE THAT CAN MAKE THAT MUCH MONEY FOR YOUR COMPANY IN ONE MONTH. UNLESS YOUR RACIST? THE GENERAL MANAGER AND HIS DUMMY HR TEAM HAS BEEN TRYING TO FIRE ME SINCE I STARTED. FIRST THEY WROTE ME UP ON A DIRTY PIP IN 2013, BECAUSE I WHITE SALES PERSON WENT AND COMPLAIN TO THE USE CAR DIRECTOR THAT REMIND ME OF HITLER, OH AND YES HE EVEN HAD THE NERVES TO PLAY A HITLER VIDEO TO THE ENTIRE SALES STAFF IN THE SATURDAY MORNING MEETING.THIS VIDEO WAS FULL OF CURSING AND LEFT A BAD TASTE IN ALL THE SALESMEN MOUTH. THE CAZY THING ABOUT THE WHITE SALESMEN GOING TO MAKE A COMPLAINT ON ME AND I GOT WROTE UP FOR IT. WELL HE TURNS AROUND AND DO THE SAMETHING TO ME 3 TIMES AND NOTING HAPPEN TO HIM. I LIVED IN GERMANY AND KNOW WHAT THEY WENT THROUGH OVER HITLER. WHAT HAPPEN TO HIM NOTHING HE WENT ON TO BECOME THE GENERAL MANAGER FOR HONDA. LET THAT BEEN SOMEONE BLACK OR DARK SKIN HISPANIC THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN FIRED WITHIN MINUTES. I'VE BEEN CALLED INTO HIS OFFICE SO MANY TIMES WITH HR, SEARCHING AND LOOKING FOR ANYTHING TO FIRE ME. HOWEVER THEY NEVER COULD FIND ANYTHING TO FIRE ME ON. UNTIL NOW WHEN THEY FIRED ME OVER RESPONDING TO A CUSTOMER THAT ASK ME IF I WAS MARRIED. AND I RESPONDED BACK TWO DAYS AFTER SHE RETURN OUR VEHICLE. AND WENT A PURCHASE A BRAND NEW JEEP. I RESPONDED BACK " LOL IAM NOT MARRIED" WHO GETS FIRED OVER SOMETHING LIKE THAT ONLY ONE PERSON IN THE ENTIRE WORLD ME. AUTONATION HAD A MANAGER SHERRY SHEFFLIT COME ALL THE WAY DOWN FROM HOUSTON TO FIRE ME OVER A TEXT MESSAGE. [redacted] STATED TO ME THAT MORNING THAT AUTONATION LAWYERS INSTRUCTED THEM TO FIRE ME. WOW I WAS BLOWN AWAY WHEN [redacted] SLIP UP AND SAID. OUR ATTORNEYS INSTRUCTED US TO DO THIS. I WAS TOTALLY SHOCK! THE HR DIRECTOR TREATED ME LIKE [redacted] VERY RUDE AND,SHE ACT LIKE A STOLE SOMETHING FROM THE COMPANY. SHE TREATED ME LIKE [redacted] TOTAL DISRESPECT, SHE TOLD ME GO PACK MY [redacted] UP AND GET OFF THE PROPERTY. NO RESPECT AT ALL DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO ASK MY SIDE OF THE STORY. AFTER I READ THE TERMINATION LETTER SHE ASK ME TO STAND UP AND GET THE [redacted] OUT. I CONTINUE TO STAY IN MY SEAT. AND THEN SHE EVEN THREATEN TO HAVE THE POLICE COME REMOVE ME. I WAS LIKE SHOCKED AND I LOOK AT [redacted] AMIDON AND SAID AFTER 7 YEARS THIS IS THE WAY YOUR GOING TO TREAT ME AND FIRE ME OVER SOMETHING LIKE THIS. AND THAT IS WHEN HE SLIP UP AND SAID HIS LAWYERS INSTRUCTED THEM. THEN LATER THAT DAY I TRIED TO INTERVIEW AT [redacted] ONLY TO HEAR THAT THE GM AT [redacted] ALREADY SPOKE WITH MR. AMIDON AND HE GAVE HE A LIE WHY HE FIRED ME. MR. [redacted] TOLD A LIE THAT I WAS FIRED BECAUSE I WAS DISRESPECTFUL TO A FEMALE EMPLOYEE. WOW HE CAN'T EVEN BE REAL AND TELL THE TRUTH. BECAUSE THE REASON HE FIRED ME WAS NOT EVEN A LEGITMATE REASON. THEREFORE HE HAD TO LIE TO MAKE HIMSELF LOOK GOOD.
I COULDN'T BELIEVE WHAT I JUST HEARD. THIS COMPANY HATED ME SINCE DAY ONE. I CAME HERE AND PERFORM OUT SHINE ALL THE GREAT WHITE HOPES. AND THEY NEEDED TO DO SOMETHING TO JUSTIFY WHY WE ARE NOT GOING TO PROMOTE HIM. ONE OF THE MANAGER EVEN HAD THE NERVES TO TELL ME. [redacted] IS NEVER GOING TO PROMOTE YOU BECAUSE HE DONT LIKE YOU AND DUE TO YOU BEING BLACK. I REFUSE TO BELIEVE THIS AND CONTINUE TO PERFORM HOPING MY HARD WORK ETHICS SOMEONE WOULD RECONIZE AND APPRECIATE IT. NOW IF YOU THINK I AM MAKING IT UP ABOUT NOW BLACKS WALK INTO ANY AUTONATION STORE AND ASK IF THEY HAVE ANY BLACK MANAGERS, OR DARK SKIN HISPANIC. TAKE A LOOK FOR YOUR SELF. IF YOU LOOK AT ALL THE AUTONATION STORES, AUTONATION TOYOTA, HONDA, HYUNDAI, CHEVY, GMC, PONTIAC, FORD, MAZDA, YOU WILL ONLY FIND WHITES MANAGERS. THIS IS THE MOST RACIST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER ENCOUNTER. IN 15 YEARS IN THE CAR BUSINESS I'VE NEVER EXPERIENCE SUCH A RASICT COMPANY. THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO COVER

I was highly satisfied with the pleasant experience that each of the employees provided us. The sales man, [redacted] was knowledgable and very patient with all of our requests. The genuine attitude he had for us carried over from the management department all the way to the final deal. Thank you, AutoNation of Margate, for making car shopping such a pleasure!

If you are looking to purchase a [redacted] vehicle [redacted] I suggest you steer clear of Autonation [redacted] Miami. This place is a joke! They value their customers and tend to them with same amount of care and concern you would give a rock. My husband and I leased a 2017 [redacted] Explorer XLT from this place. As part of our deal, we SOLD our 2011 Subaru Impreza STI to the dealer. The car still had a payoff on it and the agreement was they would buy the car, pay the pay off on the car, and hand us a check for the balance. Seems pretty straight forward right? This happened November 20th and to date December 12th this nightmare is not over. They have not paid off my car, my account is now 21 days past due, they have not paid me for the car they purchased, my credit is being affected with derogatory late payment marks and I'm overextended with 3 cars now financed under my name. When I've called to find out what's going on I get the runaround, one says right the next one says no he dosne't know it's left, no one communicates internally. I even had a MANAGER hang up the phone on me!!! This guy [redacted] calls me just to rant about how he's right and our facts are wrong, had the nastiest attitude, he was condescending and arrogant. Refused to listen. I mean I can go on about the poor treatment I've received and my issue is still not solved. No one calls me back and when they do get on the phone it's always the runaround. At the end of the day, I am still legally and financially responsible for a car that is not even sitting in my driveway. My credit is being hurt and the money they owe me is nowhere to appear. DO NOT buy anything from this dealer, you will not be satisfied. Horrible customer service, horrible business practice, horrible employees.

Just purchased my second Chevy Equinox from this Chevy dealer. Great Customer service from [redacted] and Sales Manger Wonnell Godfrey. Will use them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car.

Terrible service department. Spent all day just to get a quote, and they tried to oversell me on the part needed. Forget about getting in touch with management. It seems they are never there.

They're very organized and attentive, & all the workers are welcoming, and polite; I was happy with the customer service. & a special thank you to my sales guy for helping me on picking my first car, I LOVE it.
