Complaint:
I am rejecting
this response because: It's obvious your company did not read anything in either of our previous responsesYour company continued to contact us after your ridiculous responseWe never approved the ad, never received any information package that was promised, and the ad was never ranI don't understand how a scam can receive a B+ rating, when your other complaints on here say the same thing we areYes, you are scam artistsYou billed us for an ad that was fake, and never ranThe radio station never heard of such campaign, or your companyAnd Child Safety Week is in September, not JulyYou use spoof numbers, lie to people, harass people for money, and when they don't pay up, get extremely rudeSince you are out of state and used a telephone for your scam, the FCC and federal agencies have been contacted.
Sincerely,
Sean & Mary ***

Blueprint Broadcasting is not in the business of selling traditional radio advertising. Of course, when you buy any product in bulk, price per unit can decrease total costs. We provide a special service that is great for local communities and businessesIn this particular case, we put
together a Salute the Troops campaign. We have thousands of businesses that particapate in these special radio campaigns and are very happy with our services and programming. We are going to relolve this issue with the client and are dissappointed regarding his negative experience

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/08/06) */
We are confused about this consumers complaintHe states that he did not check where the radio station was locatedThe station is located in *** *** *** We have businesses from all over the state of Virginia that advertise on this
stationThe consumer made an advertising purchase from our broadcasting companyWe did not "take" anything from the consumer, he paid his invoice that was due for the advertising he purchased
The consumer has a bill that is now past due in the amount of $We will not do business with them in the future, but the bill must be paid for the services that were provided
We would also be willing to re-air messages on a closer station to *** ** upon payment of their past due bill

Its the honest thing to doThis company needs to be checked into, this is a awful way to try and take a person,s money

We are sorry for the clients confusion. In fact, the client ran a total of 4 programs with Blueprint Broadcasting, not 2.  His last round of commercials ran in December, due at the end of December, we went him schedules and invoices showing this.  His last round of announcements ran on...

internet radio, not the radio station that he contacted, again this was stated on the schedule and invoice before the announcements broadcasted online, more confusion on behalf of the client.  We are going to email the client a recording of the message that aired in December.  There is nothing scheduled for February.

We do business with 92.9 Jack FM in Buffalo, NY.  Customer purchased public service announcements that aired on Jack FM on November 3rd and 4th.

We will work with customer to resolve this matter.

Talked to client.  We are willing to walk away from this invoice.  No invoice is due.

I keep getting calls from them, promising a free spot, Last call, I told the salesperson many times, I was not purchasing another ad. He billed me again for another Ad I did not authorize.

Blueprint broadcasting has 19 complaints since 2014.  Not sure what fake person they used as there contact but I'll give the phone number to the VP, DIRECTOR AND HEAD OF SALES.  If we are contacted again, we will direct all of this through our company attorney.
