Revdex.com spoke to Brian at business and the following was relayed: The consumer was refunded. I decided not to do the job, the consumer never informed me that there was lead involved.

[redacted] called, the price was agreed upon before work started, we used our own materials flashing and roofing, I will send his receipt out to him.

I kept every appointment, work has been completed. The drywall he says has bad joints was on a part of the wall we did not even repair it was there prior to our job. We did fix it now.

This job was cleaned up 100% when we were done I was on the job personally. There were leaves in the gutters, no debris when we left. I was back 4 days after their call and addressed the leak. It was repaired, no leaks after that. I then went back and put up ice and water shield and aluminum drip...

edge at no charge which was not part of the contract. As to inferior  shingles they were brand new IKO shingles which had to be used to match the existing roof as much as possible. I was out there for additional work, not part of contract and [redacted] is now happy. I am glad I can go do additional work for free to help a complaining Customer.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  It took 3 months, but the $1600 has FINALLY been paid back.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
1. The quote given over the phone more than doubled once Brian and his crew arrived.  Having spoken with others since then, they all feel that we got ripped off.  Perhps he felt we were easy mark seniors. 2.  The roof is not, and was not deteriorated, as it's only 7 years old. 3.  In the worse casse the snow was no more than 2 feet deep. 4.  And lastly, the damage done was only in one area of the entire roof (approximately 1/3), and the company that repaired it stated that the person doing that part must have been shoveling against the shingle pattern. Lastly, I didn't really expect much as when we filed the complaint we were advised that BML had multiple unresolved complaints.  That said we would like to go on record as being very dissatisfied with both BML's work and their response.
