In response to the rejection to provide M. [redacted] the 35x96 S500 structure the only other solution that I can provide is to pick up the 42x72 S500 structure and credit the order in full.  We will also take care of any additional costs occurred due to the pick up and return of the structure.  We are very sorry for the misunderstanding during the order process and never intended to mislead the [redacted].  If we had a 42x72 S500 structure with a round top, we would definitely provide that but unfortunately the design of that width of structure and pipe size has to be gothic to maintain the integrity and strength.  Please let me know how you would like to move forward and I will make sure this gets arranged.Best regards,Martina B[redacted]
