My family and I will never do business with this dealership again. Worst car buying experience I've ever had. The salesmen did not try to work with me in a pleasant manner. They wanted to benefit themselves solely and made no attempts to meet me halfway. They implied that my car was a POS and that theirs was gold. They told my father no for every reasonable request he made. I've never been so upset or angry after a car buying experience.

I spoke with [redacted] on 11.5.2015 about his concerns on the humming noise, before I spoke with
him I pulled his files on the vehicle. He is correct in one aspect that we had
the vehicle in on a few occasions for service work. My question to [redacted]
yesterday was why have you waited for over 6 months to call about the continued
humming?
His response was that
he had to save for tires and finally had them replaced 2 months ago, the vehicle
still had the humming noise after the tire
replacement.
With this being said
I asked him again why he waited another 2 months to call on his concern about
the humming noise, [redacted] didn’t have a good reason. I offered to look at
the vehicle again and explained to [redacted] that I would not waive the
deductable of $250.00.
The previous Service
Manager went above and beyond more then once; it looks like he waived the
deductable a few times. I also explained to [redacted] that he is more then
welcome to bring the vehicle in to an authorized Nissan dealer because the
warranty he purchased is good at that dealership as well. He was refusing that
option because he doesn’t want to pay the deductable of $250.00. The only reason
he wants to bring the vehicle back here is because he doesn’t want to pay the
deductable.
I explained to [redacted] the long delay on calling on the humming noise is concerning and he
should have called immediately before or after he replaced the tires to
reschedule an appointment.

I am rejecting this response because:This is the same answer that you already gave me. I do not feel that I should pay another deductible for a problem that your technicians caused. My argument is that you created this problem, why am I paying for it? If the vehicle came back to me fully repaired then your job is done. It did not, so you are still responsible to fully repair my vehicle. It threw up a red flag when you initially had my vehicle for 30 days. I gave you the vehicle with one problem and it came back to me with a completely separate issue, why is that my responsibility to pay the deductible again? You create the problem then you should fix it.
