At the time of service [redacted] was given a recommendation sheet of what needs to be done to her car based on the years and mileage and also a findings sheet of what the technicians have foundAlthough her research is accurate about a recall on a particular fuel pump, Her vin number comes up as a mismatch and was produced in a different factory that the recall fell underThe fuel pump is not covered under her warranty and should have in fact been a customer pay itemI will be more than happy to relook at her car again and personally offer her a great deal on taking care of some of the other items as well as a partial credit for her inconvenience and hardshipsSincerely,Joe C [redacted] ***

Hi,the day I was made aware that the customer did not want the products initially agreed upon, the customer was walked straight into the business office (where the contracts are signed) and the customer (at least times) was told, and completely understood, that they could cancel each and every product on the spot The customer was re-explained the value of the products and chose to keep them A concession on the price of the warranty was given to assist in lowering the payment for the customer the customer was asked if she was satisfied with the final contract and the customer stated "yes" I know the customer would not sign another contract with the products if the customer did not want them or see the value in them At that time, the customer re-signed the contract with the lower payment and left the office happy

Our Finance director had previously cancelled all unwanted warranties for [redacted] We are unable to remove the Remote Start or Window Etch as they have already been installed in the vehicle These items are not refundable

Client has received all DMV related items

I am disappointed with this this customer I have been communicating with this customer right up to before this complaint I left a message for him to call me and he did not reply not only did I call, I had my service manager Mike G*** call him and he left a message with his CELL
NUMBER so he can reach him easily attached is my internal phone record of me attempting to connect with him my service manager is sending me his cell phone record as well.this should be removed asap

Honda of Manhattan stated "Honda of Manhattan has reached an agreement" with me, but that is not trueThey simply stated "the check is being processedYou will have it by the end of the week." without stating the amountI have been trying to obtain a full refund ($651.07) but only received $(base price of the item)I am only clearing this complaint because I received what they promised to give me back in June Sadly they kept the sales tax ($53.07)I was hoping they would do the right thing and return the sales tax as well, especially taking months to resolve my issue.FYI - I received money orders for a total price of $The reason for the money order was because even though Honda of Manhattan stated they sent the check, they had no record of the tracking number and I never received the checkSo MrJoe C*** at Honda of Manhattan called and stated he is personally mailing me money orders with tracking number, and he did. the problem is that there charge me warranties that my car don't needmy car cost $30,plus tax and they charge me $40,plus the finance charges I told then in different opportunity that I don't want to pay for those warranties that my car dosen't need because my car was brand new but they still charge me $they put down as if I gave $as a down payment but they placed so many charges that my car came more than $40,beside that they can't not charge me for those month the I been driving that car because until 09/**/the car wasn't register in DMV under my name(i have proof)they also gave me different contract with different among of money 1) my car cost me 1) $50,2) $49,3) $40,how can I eat and told to then or trust then if they play me in different time

The main reason why I do not want the products is because they bring the price of the car up I told them that I do not want the productsThe car already has an excellent warranty, I told them that I do not need anymore They told me that they will remove all the extra products, but they never didWhat I could see is that their greed is not letting them act the correct way as to remove those extra products that I do not needThe financial manager told me that numbers are just numbers and that he hat to play with them but his will fix it, At the moment I thought that he was helping me, but according to the credit manager Rashid that told me that if he does not add this extra products, the bank was going to asked me for 18% interest, because the car did not cost that much but he will fix that assum the bank aprovee methe finance manager Rashid Basir also told me the interest rate is going to be 7%, that I realized that I was lie because interes rates the I'm reciving now is 7.9% beside that he promise lower my monthly payment lower than $because of the amoug of money the I give as a down payment I want those extra charges removed from the cost of my car, the monthly installments and interes rate lower like they told me because tha was the reason why I gave such a big down payment so that the monthly installments would be low, I want they to pay for my VMD ticket

Hi,After careful inspection, the contract signed by the customer shows the $given by the customer was used and is showing as cash down on the contract. The finance contract was not accepted by the bank until 9/*/and the customer has been driving the vehicle for month
without making a payment for that month and is not required to make that payment. In regard to the MSRP of the vehicle, that figure cannot be changed for any vehicle and is set by the Manufacturer.If the customer would like to review the contract again, we would love to do so with her

Honda of Manhattan has reached an agreement with [redacted]. We have been in touch with [redacted] and will reimburse him $598 for the window etching.  We will meet the client next week to give him the refund check.
