Hi,the day i was made aware that the customer did not want the products initially agreed upon, the customer was walked straight into the business office (where the contracts are signed) and the customer (at least 3 times) was told, and completely understood, that they could cancel each and every product on the spot.  The customer was re-explained the value of the products and chose to keep them.  A concession on the price of the warranty was given to assist in lowering the payment for the customer.  the customer was asked if she was satisfied with the final contract and the customer stated "yes".  I know the customer would not sign another contract with the products if the customer did not want them or see the value in them.  At that time, the customer re-signed the contract with the lower payment and left the office happy.

At the time of service [redacted] was given a recommendation sheet of what needs to be done to her car based on the years and mileage and also a findings sheet of what the technicians have found. Although her research is accurate about a recall on a particular fuel pump, Her vin number comes up...

as a mismatch and was produced in a different factory that the recall fell under. The fuel pump is not covered under her warranty and should have in fact been a customer pay item. I will be more than happy to relook at her car again and personally offer her a great deal on taking care of some of the other items as well as a partial credit for her inconvenience and hardships. Sincerely,Joe C[redacted]

Dear Sirs / Madam, In reference to Complaint #        regarding the return of the 2013 Lexus RX 350 Lease to Lexus Financial, the attached screen shot verifies the return of the vehicle.  The Return of the vehicle is within the allowed period of the Lease...

[I did not request these services from dealership, I purchased a Honda care package and an extended warrenty, Jerry M[redacted] which was the sale man I worked with told me these items came along with the extended warrenty or Honda care package both in total came out to $3000 and I paid a total of $7100 the other $3100 was the total for whathe I was told came with my Honda care and warrenty package, so I don't understand why I had to pay an extra $3100 for installed equipment I did not ask to purchase

I have received no calls from Messrs. T[redacted] and Grau. I emailed Mr. T[redacted] on July **, 2015 at 3:43 pm after I left a message with the receptionist at 3:08 pm. I called again the following day, 07/**/15 at 10:02 am. The email informs Mr. T[redacted] that I am on vacation this week and I could be reached at my home number and/or cell. I have been at home working all week.  I have attached my phone logs for both my home and cell number. I cannot find any evidence that anyone from Manhattan Honda called me this week beginning July [redacted].
