Then we were given a date for installation We took time off based on the information given to us only to find out the day before by their schedulers that they can only schedule appointments hours before We were never advised of the change in schedule (they said they would only inform us hours before the installers could come Work was delayed another weeks
When they did finally install it we did not get the edge we had requested even when we told them numerous times and were assured that we would get it

Too late - but I hope others will heed our warning I'd like to reiterate what another customer had said about them - there are too many granite and stone companies in town that one does not have to deal with them DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
We had a fabulously positive experience getting new countertops put into a very old kitchen. They did a great job, and we think we got a great price as well. We would recommend Charlie as the facilitator In a heartbeat! Great service, great quality, great.
Overall, a really great experience. Salesman Anthony was attentive, helpful and especially patient as we made our granite selections. Installers did a great job, and in total, we are very happy with or granite counters and with our selection of International Granite and Stone. I realize there were many factors involved, but our only criticism is I wish the entire process had gone a little quicker.

We LOVE our Sion Granite countertops! These wonderful people were so patient and kind to us. We didn't know what we wanted, and every time we went to look over their huge selection, they lifted out gigantic slabs to allow us to see the whole color scheme, and when we finally decided, they came out to the house and did this fancy laser measurements. They have a magnificent cutting room at the warehouse, and when they delivered and installed our granite it was more beautiful that we ever imagined. You cannot see the seams, and slab to slab it is impossible to feel the seaming. This company is top notch in materials and personnel. 5 stars for International Granite and Stone, and endless rounds of applause Thanks you IGS! We love you.
