I selected my caesarstone countertop at Ikea in Tampa. The price was reasonable for the quality of the product but I was concerned with several of the negative reviews the installer had at Revdex.com.
I took upon myself to visit the Odessa facility and meet the people I would be dealing with. I was impressed with the honest and positive members of the sales team, the office personnel, and later on the actual installers.
Charlie was great ! Trish was very helpful and supportive. The "install' was smooth and fast with attention to detail. The "A" team did their work in an outstanding fashion.
I highly recommend IGS / Odessa as a first class operation, with fine employees who did an excellent kitchen countertop job for me. I rate them EXCELLENT!!!
International Granite & Stone recently installed a marble counter top in my bathroom and although my order was substantially smaller than their larger scale orders, I have received FIRST CLASS service. From the sales team to the technicians who installed the counter top, they have all exceeded my expectations in every way. I will definitely use their products/services again in the future! Unfortunately I did not read these reviews before dealing with this company and based on my experience, I can see why they only graded out at one star. They installed my granite a few weeks ago and at the time, things seemed to go well. However, one section of our kitchen counter top has since sunken ¼ inch below the adjoining piece. I presume the shim either fell out or broke which would explain the sudden shift. My wife and I have placed 5 phone calls to the salesman (Anthony W.) and the sales manager (Charlie J.) over a eight day period. We cannot reach a live person and after leaving several messages on voice mail they have not returned one of our phone calls. Since they are located over an hour drive one-way, I have not had the time to invest 2-3 hours going down there in person. If I gave them a 0 for customer service that would be too high a grade. I feel like I just bought a used car that broke down after I left the lot and the dealer closed up shop before I could turn the car around. I agree with a previous reviewer that the small savings they may offer doesn't offset their lack of follow up or their total disregard for their customers
I have been waiting for over three weeks to get my bathroom countertop. They called this morning to schedule and said they would be here between 2 PM and 4 PM. So I'm at work and I get a call a little before 12 PM and said they're on their way. I had to rearrange my schedule rush home Otherwise they said I could not get it done today because they were going to Sarasota. So on organized and professional I do not recommend international granite and stone it has been a very frustrating experience.
My experience at international granite in Tampa with Charlie and Anthony was great. They were very knowledgeable in all of the materials they carry and helping me meet my goals for my new remodel. I have been there a few times in making my final selection, every time I have been there Anthony and Charlie were so nice, professional and treating me like family.
