I ordered a product that was never shipped to me. I have inquired with the company on multiple occasions and filed a dispute with *** to get the money back or even the product. They have not responded to the *** inquiry nor have they addressed the concern with me, the customer.

I will also point out that they finally shipped the product to me after telling them of the Revdex.com complaint and after posting my personal information on social media (address, phone number, and email). I have provided a snapshot of what they posted to ***. This is still unacceptable and is not a good business practice.

I placed an order for their product on February 25, 2020, and was supplied this ORDER #***, And a link to a tracking app to track my order. Other than that there has been silence. I have tried email, Facebook and Instagram to enquire as to when I could expect my order and still nothing.

I ordered the BodyBoss exercise system online in mid-January, however upon receipt of my package I saw that I had incorrectly ordered an accessory rather than the actual main product (the accessory is useless without the main product). I question whether I made the mistake or whether there was an issue with their online ordering system, but regardless, I wanted to return the accessory and receive the actual product I wanted. After several weeks of attempting to contact customer service, I have received no response.

Note, I did receive an order confirmation that showed the wrong product was ordered, but I have no idea how I could have made that mistake seeing as their website was pretty clear about "click here" to order the main product. Regardless, there was no way for me to contact customer service to halt the order or change the order before it was shipped and there has been no way for me to return the incorrect product even if the error was my mistake.

Questionable issues: no physical address is noted on their website or email (only email is original order confirmation and on auto-replies from their "support" email address ([email protected]). No direct customer service action channel -- only way to communicate is via the support email address (no phone number, no address)

This is a major issue with this seller as they provide no direct means of contact (no posted phone number or physical address). The only means of contact is via email: [email protected]

I have received two generic responses explaining that they are short-staffed and are severely backed-up in responding to customer request, most recently on Saturday, April 4 (text copied below). A response yes, but not really acceptable.

We are so blessed to be able to help you, even if it is in the slightest way during these crazy times. We are so excited to hear about how your workouts are going and how we can best serve you going forward. You will absolutely love your Portable Gym and we hope that it meets all of your expectations. To be honest, our company did not expect all of this to happen. We went from having 1,400 visitors per day on our website to over 20,000 on average over the past 2 and a half weeks, so we have been trying to adapt accordingly to the volume. At this moment, we are averaging 600 - 700 service requests per day and there are only 6 of us full-time on the team. So if you have not heard back from us in a timely manner, please know that this is by all means not on purpose and we are kind of freaking out right now actually because we are a customer-service oriented business and want to be able to service your needs individually and meet your expectations asap with close attention to detail. We never thought that there would ever be a time where gyms all across the country would be shut down, it honestly is just crazy. It is also hard to hire more people to handle this volume right now because our company has been working remotely and to bring someone new on, train them, teach them our business, and throw them into the busiest time our company has ever faced is really hard to do right now. However, it is no excuse on our part and we should always be prepared and be able to adapt to anything to always meet your needs. We are learning and growing everyday so again we can’t tell you enough how appreciative we really are for you and how blessed we are to serve you. We are figuring out a way to get you personally as fast as we can.With that being said, we wanted to bring to attention what you had reached out about and let you know everything that would help you so that hopefully your concerns will be answered. As far as what we have in stock at the moment, we hope that you were able to see the update on our website regarding green and gold BodyBosses. If you did not see it, we apologize and hope to confirm these concerns. Right now, we have a brand new shipment of Green BodyBosses on the way to our warehouse expected to be here Mid April (expected April 14, which is in 10 days), as stated on our website. It takes a few days to process and check in, but right when they are fully checked in we have our warehouse team ready to start sending them out. We did not know that we would be doing 650 orders per day on our website, crazy!! So if you were curious about your order status and you ordered a green BodyBoss you can expect to receive it Mid to Late April (to be conversative). We do have 490 extra band gold bundles left so if you ordered a gold BodyBoss and you have not received tracking information you will once the label prints, and if you haven’t, we will find out why this is and make sure we resend you the confirmation email. If you live outside of the united states and ordered a Gold BodyBoss, we will be most likely be shipping from the US and are trying to find the best rates for you so we apologize if it has been a couple of days past when you expected. We are still learning international logistics.If you ordered an extra set of bands with your order or you ordered them separately, please know that this was not a packing mistake. We also have an update on the bands product page that all extra set of bands are taking 2-3 weeks delivery because it is the same situation of our Green BodyBosses. If you did not see this when you were checking out again we apologize but it was in fact apparent and we never intend for you to not be informed properly. We also have a new shipment of bands on the way expected to be here Mid April and they will be shipping out to you right away, so if you were panicking about not seeing the extra set in your package, know that they will be coming shortly and it was not a packing issue (if it was an issue, we still would have resolved it and take care of you of course).So please know we are deploying our staff to accommodate this volume and you will hear from us shortly. Apr 25, 11:18 AM EDT***,We already shipped this product to the customer. They were unsatisfied with it, and so we are sending them a return label to send it back. I reached out to them an extended an option for either getting a big refund and keeping it, or sending it back to us, we'll pay for the return shipment, and issue a full refund.What other information do you require?
