My mother did receive a partial refund last weekIt was not anywhere near what she has paid over the last few yearsI would like her money refunded in fullShe is still owed hundreds in a refundWhile I appreciate the effort to refund my mother her money, I would really like to see her receive her full refund

While I appreciate the effort to refund my mother her money, I would really like to see her receive her full refund.
