Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted] Tge day issue happened you did not have staff to come to my house you tolled me can we come on Monday I hade no heat we were able to get it working over phone I was tolled you would have someone come that Monday well you did not have anyone available so you gave me appointment for Tuesday from noon-teck never showed at 3:45-I was informed my technician was in rexburge an hour from my home way past my appointment window I was promised that teck would come on Wednesday would be first and low and behold no techAnd before my furnace shut itself off I hade spoken with advanced on more than one akasion explaining my new furnace was not working the way I was promised teck came and did nothing but change modes on thermal state so I have given company many times to fix issue I was also tolled that for all the trouble I deserved a discount at least $this was tolled to me by the plumber that works for them and I have received nothing from this company I haven't even gotten watt I payed for

Complaint: [redacted] The technician did come to our home and talked with my husbandHe put some input on a pad of some sort which included all three projects for $887.00, not just one optionWe did not get a copy of that and we did not get an itemized billWhat you sent still is not an itemized billThe technician did come to our home and completed one item which he completed in an hour maybe an hour and a half at the mostWe did not know he was coming until the day of the serviceI had already left for work so I didn’t know I needed to leave the credit cardMy husband did not tell the technician to leave the houseHe told him we would pay it when his wife returned home with the credit cardHe did not say someone else would be paying the billWe are still requesting a refundI am rejecting this response because:Sincerely, [redacted]

Hi I'm writing about the current complaint we haveI don't want to get into a fight through complaint responses and broadcast this through everyone but here is what happenedWhen we sent out technician to do the work the customer was drunk and only in his underwearWe presented options, then they called us again in the next few days and requested we come back to do the workWhen coming back to do the work he was again drunk with a gun by the door and when we finished the work and attempted to collect payment he told the technician to get out of the houseWe then called to police who came over and we then were able to collect paymentI'm sure I could get a police report but dont want to broadcast through the complaint that "We showed up to a drunk and near naked customer and came back later at his requestWe weren't going to do work when he was drunk that first nightThen drunk again he backtracked from our agreementWe held up everything that we said we would do." the complaint is from the wife who was never at the home and did not have the interaction with us Please let me know any advice Thank You, Advanced Home Services Cody C***

We were able to look at the job together and work out a resolution with each other

Hi ***,We had offered previously last time we spoke to get a technician out to the home to be able to look at the issue and address it but that offer was refusedIf the furnace is not working as it should then we would definitely take a look to see what is happening and get it taken care of
because you are under warranty however you have requested that we not contact you and that you do not want any technicians in our homeWithout being able to send a technician to identify the problem and find a solution we wouldn't be able to move forward with thisWe apologize that you have not had a great experience with our company and would love to make it a great experience

We have Spoken with *** and arranged to have us install the Inducer motorHere is the agreement that was madeBecause we believe it to be the issue in the first place and reason for our original call of the furnace not workingWe have agreed to install the inducer and if it does not fix the furnace there will not be a charge for the installationHowever if the part does fix the furnace by installing a new one then she will pay us for the installWe also have discounted the install price and offered for her to pay half down and then split the remainder over the next months if she does need to pay for it As of 12/we have Installed the part and the furnace has been running great since thenWe are now trying to collect the payment from our agreement but have not been able to hear from *** again

Hi ***,As stated previously we would need to send a technician in order to look at the problemWe have not had an opportunity to look at this problem and would need to diagnose it in order to see what the next step would beAgain we definitely want to make sure that all of our customers are satisfied with the work that is done and everything works great! At this point we would need to send a technician out to diagnose the issue but without that there is nothing further that we can do.Thank You

As previously arranged with the customer we are willing to refund the $that was charged for our main drain serviceAttached is that formWe offered to send a separate camera technician out to take a look at the line again to get a second opinion from us but that was refused by the customerWe
will not cover the cost for excavating as that was not a service that was provided by our companyWe did not mark out the line nor arrange for any of the work to be done with excavationThat was a decision made by the customerWe strive to provide the highest levels of service and if our first camera technician made a mistake we would need to verify that by sending out a separate camera technician from our businessWe would do this at no charge to verify the findings of our technician and the condition of the line

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:You have now sent me two separate invoicesThe original one invoice # *** and this second one, invoice # ***Neither my husband nor I have ever seen invoice # *** before nowMy husband did not sign invoice # ***The only thing my husband signed was the electronic gadget your technician had at our house on the first day he came to our homeYou have not sent me a copy of that, and that was not typedIt was all hand written and had three jobs on itThe signature of the technician on invoice # *** does not match the signature on invoice # ***I am requesting a copy of the information on the electronic gadget that my husband signedI would also like you to explain what the $adjustment is on invoice # *** is because we paid $I think it might be fraud to have two invoice numbers with the same work on itWe’re also having a problem with the work the technician didHe put in more elbows than necessary for the job and pex (I’m not sure of the spelling) pipe that is smaller in diameter than the 3/4" copper pipe we haveMy husband asked him about it and the technician told him it would not affect the volume of water, the way the pipe was engineeredWell that was not trueI really don’t know how you can sleep at nightSincerely,*** ***

After reviewing the complaint from *** and speaking with technicians there we have decided to honor her request for a refundThe service that she experienced was not up to par with what we offer as a companyWe want all of our customers to have a great experience and after we leave the house
we want them to have had such a great experience they want to let others knowIn times like this were that kind of service was not offered we want to do what we can to bring that satisfaction back and in this case after speaking with *** we are issuing a refund for herThank You

Hi ***, I apologize that you didn't have a great experience with our companyFrom our records and in speaking with the technician this is what we have recordedWe originally received the call to come out and scheduled for 06/for our technician to come outHe arrive diagnosed the problem and
gave options and then was told by *** that he wanted to think about itWe then left and received a call later saying he would like to go forward with one of the optionsI've attached the options sheetHe chose option which was to install a new bag filter in the home We agreed to come back and do the work on 06/
After arriving at the home and getting signatures authorizing the work to be done and for what price we then began the workAfter completing the work and in trying to collect payment as previously discussed we were told that someone else was going to pay us laterThat is not what was agreed upon and then *** asked about doing other workWhen we stated we had completed the work that was agreed upon he told our technician to leave the houseWe then called the local police in order to collect on the payment that was agreed upon before work was completed.
This is not how we like to do business but We had completed everything that was stated, and documented what would be done and for the price that it would beWe completed our side of the contract and then were refused payment.
In order to prevent this type of situation from happening we have the invoice that is created with details of what would be done and the price and get authorization signatures before we begin any workIn this case *** was not upholding his part of the agreementWe don't like needing to resort to this but do need to be paid for the services that have been agreed upon and completed
