Please review attached documents. Consumer purchased an year/120,Honda Care warranty on 5/11/13. Consumer was offered the Bommarity Honda Superstore Honda Care No Risk Guarnatee which states that "if you purchase a Honda Care Service Contract from Bommarito Honda Superstore but do
not use it prior to the expiration date, Bommarito Honda will refund the full purchase price of the Honda Care Service Contract; OR, if your Honda Service Contract has expired, you have not requested a refund and you purchase a new vehicle from Bommarito Honda Superstore, Bommarito Honda Superstore will provide you with an identical plan on your new vehicle, regardless of any price increase that may have occurred." PLEASE NOTE - Consumer declined to participate in this program as indicated by his signature at the bottom of the attached form. However, Bommarito Honda agrees to provide consumer with a full refund of his purchase price on 5/11/in accordance with the terms of the program.Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention

Spoke to consumer after she responded to our offer We clarified that parts and labor can be applied to credit and ordered a sun visor that she requested Will call her when received to schedule an appointment for installation Again, we apologize for any frustration the consumer has experienced

Attached is a copy of the original Lease Buyer's Order executed by consumer in March, Please note that the consumer initialed the box that reads "Personal Property Tax to be paid by Lessee (customer)." While we apologize for any misunderstanding, this is standard for all leases

Contacted consumer via telephone and apologized for his experience with our Honda store.  Provided him with the documentation required to cancel his warranty.  Also provided a direct contact to our Customer Relations Specialist should he have any further issues/concerns.

Consumer did purchase a 2009 Honda Odyssey from Bommarito Honda on 1/5/2009.  At the time, we offered consumers the option to purchase an extended warranty with a No Risk Guarantee.  The No Risk Guarantee reads that if the extended warranty is never used within the total months of the...

contract, Bommarito Honda will issue a full refund of the purchase price.  Further, to receive the refund, the consumer is required to request the refund within 30 days of the maturity date. Consumer purchased a 8 year/120,000 HondaCare extended warranty which expired 1/5/17.   The consumer contacted Bommarito Honda on 1011/17 to request his refund, well outside of the 30 day period. Furthermore, our records indicate that the consumer used the warranty on 10/29/15 to replace a left sliding door closer/latch assembly.  Please reference repair order attached.Due to these facts, we are unable to refund the consumer the price of his HondaCare warranty.

I am rejecting this response because:
I have tried calling [redacted] and left message but the 1st time I called, they told me he no longer worked there. The offer sounds good but we need to know if the goodwill gesture for a $500 service credit includes parts and labor, does not have an exclusions, an expiration date and in what form will they extend this offer to us so we can redeem it at their Honda Store but we also would like them to offer a full credit of $163.38 from our recent visit on April 25th as an additional gesture and agree to have your financial person always point out a deadline and underline, circle or highlight that as well instead of pushing the No Risk Extended Care at people, please. This would totally help in winning us over again. We always loved you guys before and no hard feelings, it is best to be more upfront dealing with people.

When consumer purchased her 2012 Honda, she also purchased an extended warranty (which does have a $100 deductible as noted on the Application for Coverage signed by consumer), Gap, Key Care, Dent and tire and wheel protection. As consumer indicates in her complaint, she brought her vehicle in for...

service because her engine light was on. The reason the light was on was determined to be rodent damage to her right and left wire harness.  While consumer does have extensive warranty protection, it is unfortunate that her coverage does not include rodent damage.  Further, to our knowledge, there are no warranties that do offer this type of coverage. We apologize for any confusion and in an effort to satisfactorily resolve this matter, Bommarito Honda would like to offer to reimburse the customer $250.  If consumer would like to accept this offer, she may contact our Service Manager, [redacted], to process.

Contacted consumer and apologized for not responding sooner.  Worked with Honda Financial to resolve issue and have charge removed.  Notified consumer of resolution, who indicated he was satisfied.

I am rejecting this response because: after doing my own research it has come to my attention that Honda is currently under investigation and possible recall for their faulty SRS equipment pertaining to the passenger seat in particular. I was the 20th case reported. So apparently this is an ongoing issue. It is not fair for me to have to pay for this and it was sold to me this way.
