purchased and there are no fold marks on any of those documents, so the statement that he did not see what he signed is just not true. Furthermore the the products he purchased have been refunded per his request to the financial institution he financed them with. We are unclear why we are receiving this notice.The issue has been resolved.

I am rejecting this response because: When I purchased a new Mazda I expected certified mazda parts not after market items.  I would not have agreed to a deal with after market parts.

vehicle was inspected on 9/3/16 and the non working headlight defect that should have failed inspection was reported to [redacted] at 5:30pm on 9/3/16.  Several hours is significantly different than several days, your response is again showing your dealerships complete lack of integrity.  The vehicle was purchased AS IS, the AS IS state that we bought it in was able to pass a safety inspection but you instead sold me a vehicle that was illegal to drive after dark.  It took two weeks of calling the salesperson, two different managers, filing a Revdex.com complaint and an investigation with MSHP to get you to finally replace the headlight like you promised to do the day we bought it.  It should not take that much effort for the consumer to get you to do not only what is right but also legal and promised by your staff. In addition to several hours of our time you cost us another $80 in fuel to drive the vehicle back to the dealership twice.  Your lack of customer service is extremely disappointing for a Cadillac dealership.

We did offer the Customer the Full purchase price amount for trade on any other vehicle in stock. Our offer stands that we will offer the consumer a 10 year 200,000 warranty on the engine, Transmission, Power train at no cost.

WE have inspected this vehicle at our store and have found no failure of the drive train system, in an effort to help satisfy the customer, we then sent the customers vehicle to the closest ford dealer to be assessed and the local ford dealer came to the same conclusion.
