[redacted] bought the BMW on with miles on it and the lemon law covers the car for days or miles and at the time of delivery the car was in a good running conditionIf [redacted] is not happy with the extended warrantee company she could cancel it and get a refund minus cancellation fee directly from the warrantee company

[redacted] ***,purchased a Ford Focus with miles on July ***,2017.The Vehicle's price,sales tax,licensing and titling expenses,and an optional service contract for months or miles,were disclosed and presented to [redacted] on the date of purchase.Which he accepted by signing both the bill of sale and the retail installment finance contract and all necessary paper work on the day of purchase.On as per our records [redacted] brought the vehicle to Queens Auto Mall Inc, with a service issue ,the vehicle was sent to an independent service shop and new brakes were installed at his request and our expense.The aforementioned vehicle is also covered under the New York State used vehicle warranty commonly referred to as the "Lemon Law" for a period of day or miles from the date of purchase.We will address any issue covered by the warranty and through that period

I do appreciate the offer to replace the battery with a NEW battery. A new battery cost would more than the $they are offering. I would also like reimbursement of the brand new tires I purchased. I was told by the manager Jonathan that Queens Auto Mall installed four NEW tires on the car. Let me remind them that the tires were not new and not all the same brand. One was Continental and the other three were Bridgestone, which means that the thread on those tires are different. I would be more than happy to return them.Thank you Revdex.com for handing my complaint so quickly, because this is a very serious issue, and very sad when businesses take advantage of people. *** ***

Andreas,Can you explain the extra $on top of the advertised price on a car I want to purchase both times I was there? Am I special that the $was tacked on top of the advertised price without even mentioning it? This $is not part of the registration, taxes, plates, etc This is not the first time I'm buying a car from a dealer and i'm aware of the fees involved I'm not arguing that you're not allowed to tack on whatever jacked up additional charges, but what I want your establishment to do is mentioned it on your fine print by any means of advertisement used I'm surprised nobody else file a similar complaint similar to mine I'm waiting on what other excuses you can come up with

[I am more than happy to trade this car as it has cost me nothing but time and money since the first week of deliveryContrary to the business owner's response, this car was "NOT" in good running condition when I first received it.In fact during the first week of owning the car, I went back to the dealership explaining the various problems with the carI don't want to engage in a back and forth discussion, I know the type of product I have received, the money I have spent and the various inconveniences I have experienced as a result of this vehicleMost Honda's especially newer models do not give this much trouble unless something officially wrong. I will accept the offer to trade this car if the business is willing to clearly outline what the next steps are and also who will be my point a point of contact as wellThanks]

Please have *** *** submit a cancelation request for the extended warrantee and we will send the refunded amount to her or to the bank if she still owes money and we are also offering $towards the repairs despite the fact that the lemon law limitation has expired

This needs to be more clear.I want a full refund for the warranty not a refund for the time remaining.Bmw themselves have told me this car and warranty are garbage.Ether a full warranty refund or the dealership needs to buy this horrible vehicle back from me
