I did not make a purchase, but with the intention to make a purchase until I was told an extra $is added to the online advertised price The promotional price did not expire for the car I was looking to purchase confirmed by the salesman It's when I spoke with the managers that the $extra charge is added to the final price It was not even mentioned until I question the final sales price Totally unfair practice I have no problem with the extra $if it clearly stated on the online advertisements It's not where to be found on their website or any advertisement ads My main complaint is they did not include the $extra charge on their website anywhere not even on their fine prints I just want them to include any additional charges for any of their cars advertised on their own website Total waste of time and gas to drive to them and get surprised by the extra charges In my case $

I contacted the warranty company 3 months after I bight the vehicle and it broke down on me and when I was told they didn't cover anything because the vehicle was purchased with so many defects I tried to cancel it and they would not.I was told that due to the warranty being included in my loan amount to the bank, which the dealership did to make my loan amount higher, I had to cancel and get a refund from my dealership.Which was impossible to do.Again this dealership turned me away when I brought me vehicle in for maintenance after 2 months. All they did was reset my vehicles computer and when I went I a REAL mechanic a weeek later I was told I could have killed myself driving such a faulty vehicle and that all the dealership did was take all the warning lights off of my dashboard to pacify me but did no work. That is when I contacted the warranty company and they did a full inspection of my car and told me everything I needed to be done to drive the ca safely would be paid by me out of pocket because the dealership sold me a a vehicle that had major issues atleast a year before selling it to me.This dealership has a history of selling botched vehicles and it's a shame that they keep getting away with this.I was a refund for the warranty that you included in my loan amount.Im guessing the dealership pocketed the cash I gave them instead of forwarding it to the warranty company so that was their way of citing corners but there is no way I should be paying interest on this bs warranty because you included it in my agreement with my loan company for the vehicle.Especially when the warranty company has not paid for any of the thousands I have put into this terrible vehicle I purchased from you and you put my life in danger by resetting all my warning lights and sending me away with no work done.Very sneaky. Very dangerous. This company has hundreds of complaints it needs to be investigated and shut down.I will be moving forward with my decision to report this company for fraud.

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and instead of haggling with Queens Auto Mall over $350.00, which they seem not to agree on, I'll accept their offer of $250.00 to finalize this complaint, although I am not completely satisfied.  This issue will go back and forth unless the bigger person puts an end to it, which would be me.  Therefore, if they truly agree to offer me the $250.00, I consider this complaint resolved.  Sincerely, [redacted]
