Our charity has been a Bonfire Funds customer for nearly two years and to say we are thrilled is an understatement. Prior to Bonfire, we worked with a traditional shirt vendor to purchase and then sell branded wearables. We never made any money and were always stuck with inventory that we couldn't sell.

From our very first Bonfire campaign we made more money than in the previous two-plus years. Their customer service is fantastic - prompt, professional and very easy to work with. In fact, some of our best-selling shirt designs have been designed by the Bonfire team - a service we really appreciate since we don't have a permanent design team of our own.

On the very rare occasions when one of our customers has not been satisfied with their purchase (happens to the best of us), Bonfire Funds made immediate restitution.

We never hesitate to recommend Bonfire Funds to other organizations or groups who want a hassle-free way to promote and fund their causes, at no cost to them. Their product quality, service and innovative model for helping organizations like ours fund our good works has earned them our loyalty, and our continued business.

Review: Used their site to help fund raise for my project. liked their site and products as represented. planned to use again. met my minimum to order but their flaky unreliable communications, and out of order communications, led to after the fact finding out fund not completed, no shirts sent, and disappointed supporters as well my not having a shirt as ordered timely for an event for my project. their solutions thru many contacts not satisfactory. they seem not concerned with damage to my reputation, time delay to get getting shirts in the future, disruption to all due to their error in timely reporting a cancellation of an order and misrepresentation of order status on their website for my project, with this misleading info to me causing all of these issues. they do not care that those who are disappointed will likely not order again and will hold this against me. they will not make this right for anyone re all of the specific damages involved. this could have been avoided had they updated the orders page correctly, timely, and accurately. they will not reply to my precise questions about this from today.Desired Settlement: Delivery of all ordered shirts to all who ordered for this current but recently ended campaign. since I do not know per their site who ordered, only they can do this. due to their caused delay and damage to my reputation, they should incur the cost to provide the 4 shirts to me and 3 other people before I consider starting another campaign. I would have liked for this to work and planned to use them many times over, but this is a terrible mess and they will not make it right, only want me to eat all of the damages. I have specifically asked for clarification of some of the event history and they provided some but not the key details. they will not address the key details I have asked about.

The red highlighted text is the customer and the blue highlighted conversation is our Bonfire team attempting to explain why her campaign was not successful. We left her our direct phone number and attempted to work with her relentlessly. I don't believe there was anything else we could have done to assist this customer.
