I am sorry Ms*** did not have a better experience with our companyMs*** had two conversations with two different representatives on 10-18-and both times she stated she would call us back on Friday 10-21-to resolve the remainder balance that is owing on her judgementWe never heard
from her on that dayWe called and left a message for Ms*** on 10-24-16, she never called us back on that day eitherA garnishment was requested the next day 10-25-

The Revdex.com is not the proper venue for one to repair their credit.  The letters that Ms. [redacted] has sent us are from the internet we get them all the time.  We have validated her dispute with an itemization from our client. I don't know what else to tell her.  I have attached her...

I am rejecting this response because:so your saying my valid concerns are vomited and then re-eaten? You think the coercion letter I have from your company are not real? OK then! my attorney will be in contact with your company real soon. I can prove my concerns yet all you have are payment requests. This does not prove you validated anything. Explain how you reached your interest fees without a contract that clearly says you can add fees to the original owed amount. Violation of Fdcpa 808(1) I'm not trying to clear my credit by doing this, you simply never properly validate nor verify this account in question. And you are the one always regurgitating the same thing about consumer trying to clean their credit and that this is not the venue to do it. Your company is so on the wrong for trying to avoid the truth!, are you not a business? So me submitting a valid claim is the correct venue. Your just trying to shrug this off in the attempts I'll go away, IM NOT GOING ANYWHERE. and I will follow this up with all the necessary steps to have you pay for your coercion attempts and unlawful tactics as a business.

So I am assuming you have an item on your credit report?
Bonneville does not report judgments, the court gives the
information direct to credit bureaus, and we have no control over them.  Sorry to hear you are having problems with
this item.
You should file a dispute with credit bureaus, contact the
court as it appears on report, and if you can get us copy of your credit report
where this judgment appears- then we will get you a letter stating not your
judgement, but that won’t “fix” items from appearing that we didn’t report and
are not yours.
