I am rejecting this response because:That's not what this is about. I don't have a debt with you or your client and I'm being harassed as if I did. I just want resolution.

This is first we have heard from Ms. [redacted] about this account. It has been submitted to be deleted from credit history and we have marked account as disputed.

I think Ms. [redacted] must have us confused with someone else. We mailed a notice to her on November 4th, 2015 and have only made one call to her place of employment and didn't even leave a message.  I have removed her phone numbers from our data base and will send her an additional notice.

sorry you are incorrect, any charges would be allowed by law.  ($39.18 in interest so far)  I have no idea what landlord has to do with this unpaid account.
