The message/reply from Boom Content LLC is not factual! Their
claim is that they have already reimbursed me in full as of January 26th 2014, with the qualification that refunds can take up to 5-10 business days. I have attached my credit card statement (2 pages) that contains all charges and
credits for the period of 1/21/2014 through 2/14/2014. As you can
see from the statement, of the 3 credits of $39.95 (total $119.85) that Boom
Content LLC claims to have reimbursed me, only one has posted to my
account, and that posted on 1/28/2014. Furthermore, I checked my credit card
account today, 2/27/2014, and Boom Content LLC still has not credited me with
the remaining two $39.95 amounts that they claim to have paid me.
For these reasons, I want this complaint to remain open and unresolved
until Boom Content LLC reimburses me for the two payments of $39.95 each that they
still owe me, and ensures that they have removed all information about me from
their systems, including my credit card information.

I am seeking and  requesting a refund of the remaining $80.90.  All credit card charges by this merchant were unauthorized; I was never a "member," and thus its policies do not apply to me. I am a 55 year old woman who does not play whatever computer games this merchant sells. I had never even heard of the merchant until I saw these charges. The pattern of charges including a $1 and $1.94 charge also seems indicative to me of a fraudulent scheme. When I questioned them, I was told by the merchant that one of them was a charitable contribution to UNICEF, which I find ludicrous.  
Again, my request is for a full refund.

Review: I got redirected to this BigRebel website when I was trying to download some music, and the website asked me to sign up. The account was said to be FREE, and promised that no charges would occur. But after I registered and entered my credit card information to validate the account, I noticed that the company automatically put me into some premium membership, which will charge me after the 5-day free trial. So I decided that I should cancel the membership and also the account to avoid any possible charges. And then, after I clicked on "cancel the account", the website asked me to pay $1 in order to do so, with no other choices; also, the website keeps my credit card and all the other information, even after I paid that charge. It claimed to have cancelled my membership, instead of cancelling my whole account.Desired Settlement: I need my whole account to be cancelled, and they need to make sure that they don't keep my credit card information. And return any unauthorized charges that ever occurred.

Review: On 11-6-2013 my grandson anted to play game on this website. The website states play free games and all games are free. So he started plying . I noticed on my email I received a email thanking us for joining. As I read it thy also stated our membership as due immediately. I then checked my card statement and noticed they charged me $ 1.00 or joining and $ 39.95 for membership dues. I instantly called them and canceled nd stated I hab better get my money back right now. On 11/13/2013 I received a confirmation of cancellation # [redacted] but no refund. They claim the refund takes 5-10 working days. Well todays date is Dec. 11,2013 and still no refund. I called again and they put me on hold and never returned.Desired Settlement: All I want back is my $ 1.00 and $ 39.95 for a total of $ 40.95 immediately, they should have never taken it.

Review: The website www.raisegame.com is where you are directed on Google Chrome for downloading apps. Then you are told that you will not be charged a penny to join and only if you want to pay for a membership which you have to select check boxes carefully. Which I though and am pretty sure I did. They ask you for a credit card number to "verify that you are a US citizen" and they will only authorize a $1.00 transaction but not charge the card. They then charge you 5 days later for $39.95 for a monthly membership that you did not want. Once you realize you have this charge they ask you to cancel your "Free" membership for a fee. $0.99 to cancel a membership that should not have charged you in the first place. This is a load of junk and they need to refund me my money.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of all money charged. I have started a Charge back with my credit card company as well and either they need to refund the money (all money) to me or the credit card company needs to be finalize the charge backs. no other option will be accepted. Then they need to remove my records from their database and files forever.

Review: I was charged for services I did not request or authorize. When I called the company at 877-547-8786 the day after the charges showed on my bank account. I was told no problem they would refund the $34.95 and gave me a cancellation transaction code [redacted] - at no time did they dispute the refund so I thought they would credit it back and that would be the end of it. That initial call was made on 12/30/14 with [redacted] Since then I have called and spoken to customer service reps: [redacted] and was told that it was processing and to wait until 1/17/14 for complete processing. When the credit never showed up I was forced to cancel the card with Wells Fargo as I could not afford them to charge my account again. Wells Fargo has instructed me that any credits coming in against that card would not have a problem being credited it only stops the charges. I then escalated my concerns to supervisors: [redacted]e who initially said that the processors were down and they were behind on giving credits to their consumers. Keep in mind they have never disputed they owe me the money they just never have given it back. I was then asked to wait until the end of January and it would be resolved and credited. I did that and once again had no credit to my account. I called in again and spoke to [redacted] she assured me that she would escalate my concerns to corporate and if they were having problems processing she would request a check be sent to me via mail. I told them I had moved to Phoenix, AZ and gave them the new address in Phoenix and a cell phone number - she said someone would return my call. Again, I have heard nothing, so I called again on 2/10/14 and spoke to Jackie who once again said she would escalate the request. When looking up their website online I have noticed that many people are reporting this sight along with its sister sights - Play Mill and Jo-games and they indicate they are scams where they offer a free trial and then charge your card asap so you have to fight for your money back. I have tried to resolve this as a consumer and feel the company has no intention of giving the money back they hope to frustrate you enough to go away.Desired Settlement: I would like them to give me back a credit for the $34.95 I was promised - in addition this was an account I was closing due to a divorce so the charges but the account in the negative and I was charged a $35 fee so I would respectfully ask that I am refunded that too.
