Review: My credit card was charged 4 different times from this company that I did not authorize. When I called the company they said that there was an account created in my name with my credit card. I told them that I did not do this and they stated that they would refund my credit card. The company than sent me confirmation emails stating that the refunds have been processed. Confirmation numbers [redacted]$34.95) and [redacted] ($69.90). They would not give me back the 4 charge of $1.00 fee that charged to my card because the lady on the phone said she didn't say this. The total that was charged to my card was $105.95. I still have not recieved my refund and everything I call the company I get the run around, telling me that they are having an issue with there refund system and I just need ot keep waiting. When I asked for a corporate office, they stated that they do not have one. Also the addreds and numbers are listed to several different companies. Media Shots.com is woh charged my card which is part of this company also with Jo Games which they told me was the name the company was listed under.Desired Settlement: I want my refund of $105.95 back on my credit card.

I have still not received my refund of $105.95 not $104.95. I do not trust this company and do not want them to have my bank statement. I can send it to the Revdex.com but I will not supply this company with any of my personal information as they have violated me enough. Please let this company know that if I do not recieve my refund with 5 business days, my next step is to file a claim in small claims court again this company.

Review: I was trying recently to secure a radio link through an Irish Television network for a live radio broadcast of the All-Ireland Football Final. It was on RTE.ie in an attempt there was a link to use raisethegame.com which you apparently could use to synch the radio link. I completed sign up which was free but it requested a creditcard which I stupidly put in. Now I have recieved unapproved charges to my card which was not approved. In several attempts to call them the numbers listed either all go back to same line and they put you on hold and never come back, they weren't a radio link site at all and it is fraudulent and won't refund charges. It's deceptive and I don't want this to happen to anyone else. To date they have charged my card over 42.95 I have had to cancel my card and dispute charges. Review: On January 14, 2013, we signed up for Free 5-day Regular Membership with Schemegame.comBefore selecting the trial offer, a page is displayed that clearly states "Free Regular Membership" (emphasis added) and states further: "You credit card will not be charged for validating your account." I have a copy of that page that I can send evidencing the sameIn fact, on that page, the website explains why they need your billing information and states "We GUARANTEE that NO CHARGES will be applied for validating your accountNo charges will appear on your credit card statement unless you upgrade to a Premium membershipCredit card information is required to facilitate future purchases onlyNo charges will appear on your credit card statement, unless you upgrade to Premium Membership or you make a purchase." In addition, as you will note on the receipt (a copy of which I can also send), there is no mention of the type of membership or that we selected or purchased a "Premium" Membership, which we did not
After selecting the trial offer, we made no further affirmative selections or purchases of a Premium Membership and made no affirmative purchases thereafterRather, simply as a result of our non-action, Schemegame.com not only did not discontinue our trial offer after the trial period ended but kept charging us a monthly fee of $through June of totaling $
When we became aware of the monthly charge on our June statement, we had no idea your company had been charging us since January so when you agreed to cancel the trial membership and credit our account, we were pleasedHowever, it was not until recently when I was going over my statements for for tax purposes to confirm I had captured all of our charitable donations that I realized Schemegame.com had been charging us since January

Upon reviewing the Revdex.com website and some of the complaints against Boon Content, it appears Boon Content is related to Schemegame/BigRebel Media LLC although I could not confirm the sameThe schemegame.com website's Terms and Conditions indicate that the schemegame.com website is provided to you by BigRebel Media LLCOne of the phone numbers provided by Schemegame is a area code for an area in Delaware, the state in which Boon Content resides.Desired Settlement: In addition to the requested refund, it appears this company has numerous similar complaints against it for consumers who were similarly dupedI believe to the extent it offers anything for free other than the standard membership, it should be required to clearly identify the terms in the offer and in the same font as the other text in the offer (rather than buried somewhere else on its site) or it should have a pop up that says "Click Yes to confirm that you are purchasing the Upgraded membership."

Review: schemegame.com is web based gaming. I have never accessed their site but have been charged for a subscription. I do not know where they got my credit card information.

There telephone number is an automated system which doesn't give you the option to dispute a charge. It does give you the option of canceling a subscription but asks for your credit card information which I am reluctant to do. The internet is full of complaints regarding illegitimate charges. including warnings on youtube. This site needs to be shut down or watched.Desired Settlement: I want my $39.95 back and not charged again

Review: My Chase credit card was charged by this merchant 7 times, and each charge was fraudulent. I never even heard of this merchant until I saw the charges. No one else has access to my credit card. Apparently they sell online games. The charges are as follows, each fraudulent:8/18/13, $19/10/13, $39,959/22/13, $39.9510/22/13, $39.9511/21/13, $39.951/15/14, $1.942/1/14, $39.95I have reported this to Chase and they are issuing me a new credit card and a refund for all charges in the past 120 days. I have also contacted GamesUnite and they refuse to refund more than 4 more recent charges. They claim that the $1 charge was for UNICEF!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of all charges, which total $202.69 if my math is correct. To the extent that a refund has already been issued, I do not, of course, expect a second refund of the same charges. I also am wanting to alert other consumers about this business.

Review: In late November 2013, I was attempting to purchase some music when I was redirected to their web site. The site asked me for some registration information, including credit card number, and then attempted to sign me up for their gaming site. I responded cancel to the request, but they went ahead and signed me up for the site anyway. Subsequently, they began billed me monthly for 3 months @ $39.95 per month (billing dates 11/22/2013, 12/22/2013, and 1/21/2014). After discovering the unauthorized charges to my credit card account, I contacted them on 1/24/2014 and requested a full refund of the three months billings, and they responded in an email dated 1/26/2014 (reference [redacted]) saying that they would refund all three months over the next 5-10 business days. One month ($39.95) was refunded on my credit card (1/26/2014), but the other two months were not. I contacted them again on 2/10/2014, and they said that the remaining two months would be refunded to me by the end of the week (2/14/2014). When the refunds were not made, I contacted them again on 2/19/2014 and requested the refunds. They responded that they didn't know why they were unable to make the refunds, they would have to escalate the problem to "management", they had no idea when the refunds would be made, and when pressed for a date, they said that it would take at least 4-6 weeks!Desired Settlement: Immediately refund the remaining two credit card charges to my account of $39.95 (total of $79.90) and remove all information about me, including any credit card information!

Review: This company says that the membership is free bit they want to charge for cancelation via email or online. I don't have the ability to call and I signed up thinking I would not be charged but im going to end up being a charged. They should note that if you sign up and do not cancel by phone you will be charged and that it is not free after all.I signed up thinking I would have access to games but none of the games that I was interested in are compatible with my computer so im getting charged for not being able to use any of the gamesDesired Settlement: I want the company to have to be more specific about cancelation policy BEFORE signing up and making it noticable for people that are signing up. not in little font, or not having it be there at all.
