All bat warranties claims, which are provided back to Boombah for review and inspection, are only eligible for a replacement of the same or like model bat which was returned under the warranty claimPer our Bat Warranty information listed on our website for this product, we state that Boombah will
provide a one-time repair or replacement within one year of the purchase dateThis warranty covers all defects resulting from field usage including denting, cracking, breaking, loose or detached endcap or rattlingThe customer's request of an open credit/refund for the return of their bat under our warranty is not an available option for their bat warranty claimA new replacement of the same model bat was processed on 4/and is currently in transit to the customer's ship to address which is consistent with our bat warranty claim process

In further reviewing the product feedback and documentation for this occurrence with shoes purchased in February of 2016, we have determined that a replacement pair of cleats would be warranted, even with the original purchase being months past our warranty time frameWe have tried following up

First and foremost, Boombah is not selling a product with any known defective issues as we have maintained an industry standard for return rates on this particular product purchased by Tate *** per original Order #*** which was purchased 5/26/The customer was first provided with a
replacement on 7/26/due to the issue incurred on the first pair of shoesOnce a replacement is provided per a return authorization, we typically do not offer additional replacement options for the new item/replacement providedOur customer incurred an additional issue on the replacement we provided on 7/and we honored another return authorization to assist the customer with an open credit and suggestion of possibly trying a different model than the model he continued to have issues withWe have provided Tate *** with an open credit in the amount paid for the initial shoes which totaled $that we would gladly apply to another replacement pair of shoes as the open credit will be available to the customer until usedIf a replacement of another pair of shoes is not what is being requested by the customer, we are able to make a refund back to the customer for the amount of the open credit as stated above

special pricing and ordering details that are part of our spiritwear program which do not fully coincide with ordering through our website, www.boombah.comThe free shipping promotion that we currently offer on www.boombah.com is for orders placed through our website that reach an order subtotal of $in which would provide free UPS Ground shipping for orderingOur free shipping promotion on www.boombah.com is not part of our spiritwear program as all spiritwear orders, regardless of order total will incur the shipping cost we display during the spiritwear ordering checkout, which for this program was $per order.As a courtesy to our customer, we have made a refund in the amount of $back to the original form of payment that Angela *** used to submit her order to usWe apologize for any confusion caused with ordering through this program and hope that our gesture and information above will assist the customer with the appropriate information for any future spiritwear program ordering

I have been able to communicate to customer Angela *** regarding the recent ordering issues she has had in trying to submit her sales orders for her uniforms with our company, in which she was delayed a couple of business days due to the website not easily handling her large volume of uniforms
being submitted through our uniform builders as well as a minor delay with the graphic designer for providing her mockups for her uniforms orderedWe were able to prioritize and complete all of her sales orders yesterday 3/and will expect delivery of her orders by this Friday 3/to the ship to address Angela has provided on her sales orderIt is our hope that delivering all three orders to her by the desired time frame needed by will resolve this inquiry

Customer Monica [redacted] contacted us on 4/3/2017 to initiate the return for (2) items she ordered with Boombah, which were the Women's Compression Cool Mock Long Sleeve Shirts in Columbia Blue color and size Large for both items. Boombah's return policy listed on our website clearly states that all...

items must be returned back to us in new condition, in the original packaging and must be shipped back in a shipping box. If items returned are not within these conditions, the return will be refused. As part of our returns process, all items returned from our customers are reviewed to ensure they are able to be resold for new purchase. The items Monica [redacted] returned to us were not received back in new condition as one of the items displayed signs of use due to the stains shown on the garment while the other returned item carried a smoke scent, which does not allow Boombah to restock the items into our inventory. Both of the items returned to Boombah were denied due to this reasoning for not complying with our return policy which is also emailed to the customer at the time of placing an order with us. As a gesture of good faith in correspondence to this public complaint, we have decided to refund Monica [redacted] for these (2) returned items in the amount of $26.98 which was the total of both items on the return she created with Boombah, even though her returned items did not comply with our policy. The refund for this customer has been made as of today 4/19/2017. We have captured and notated photo documentation of both items returned back to Boombah for Monica [redacted] return to validate our decision to deny the return authorization while supporting the information stated above.

Our customer's original purchase price for the shoes ordered on SO #1[redacted] was $59.99 as the shoes received and used incurred a defect during initial use as our customer contacted us to inform us of the issue with the Lacrosse mid cleats. Instead of providing the same model for replacement as what...

was originally ordered, the customer opted for a replacement model which has a retail price of $39.99, which is $20.00 cheaper than the original shoes purchased on 4/20/2016. Replacements for any manufacturer's defects are normally always replaced with the same model/price of what was originally purchased as we have made an error with our customer for not honoring the difference in price as a credit on their account. Boombah will honor an open credit in the amount of $20.00 due to this price difference as this has been emailed to the account holder for future use towards a new purchase.

Since I cannot use the credit on another pair of shoes as they do not have my size (or any size close to mine which is the most common - 9 to 11), I would like the credit to be refunded to my credit card. I would also like to comment on the response regarding Boombah not having a manufacturing defect.  Everyone I know that has had this shoe style has had the same exact issue in the same spot.  The representatives I spoke with admit there are a lot of other customers having the same issue.  I suppose it's easy for Boombah to continue selling the shoe and only replace under warranty once to then advise customers they have to choose a different style, and by the way, we are out of most sizes in different styles.  Easy way to continue to make money and deplete your defective stock I suppose.

We sincerely apologize for this custom order delay from our production facility as Nate [redacted] order was shipped out 4 days late past the due date communicated per our production lead times. We truly pride ourselves on delivery commitments to our customers as we unfortunately fell short in this...

instance. We would be more than willing to provide Nate [redacted] with an additional discount of 40% ($201.96) due to the issues incurred through his custom ordering with us for receiving his order late along with receiving incorrect/invalid tracking information for his shipment. We have already made a refund for 10% of the order total back to Nate [redacted] on 5/2/2018. We hope that this additional refund helps reconcile and resolve the complaint presented.

We have acknowledged some production stitching issues with some of the shirts the customer has ordered and received per Order #[redacted]. We are in the process of remaking any of the shirts affected with this stitching issue as confirmed by our request of pictures of each shirt affected instead of...

having to have all of the shirts physically mailed back to us for review. The remake shirts are in Production and will be completed and shipped to the customer at our earliest time.I have had the chance to speak with Tim [redacted] by phone yesterday 3/31 regarding his order concerns per this Revdex.com Case #[redacted] and he assured me that his issues were being addressed with our order manager and that he would contact the Revdex.com back to let you know that we are resolving this issue for him as we originally intended on doing, but required pictures of the specific issue in order to do so.

I am rejecting this response because: All the VERBAL/WRITTEN email correspondences with PERSONNEL associated with the company were considered legit and we were led to believe a store credit was possible. WE were completely not happy with BOOMBAH bats after buying the first one. How hard was it for the company to use a credit for another product?
