Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because it is not believable They say they shipped a pair of socks but it was not delivered I do not believe that they "shipped" another pair of socks I placed orders that were both delivered minus the missing pair I sent numerous e-mails attempting to resolve this matter and they did nothing until I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com I asked that they refund my money or ship me the socks and I never received a response or a tracking number If they sent that pair out that was not delivered, where is the tracking number? I accept the $refund for the missing pair of socks but want a warning to go out to current or future customers regarding this company's business practices Regards, [redacted]

***, The repair to your starter wire had nothing to do with the issue you had later in the dayWe both know thatI'm sorry that you are experiencing what seems to be issue after issue but we can't help you when you refuse to come backWe offered you a free tow back to us and you refusedWe also never said any of the things that you have in quotes on your complaintSix months ago when you first bought the truck you brought it back and we fixed the coolant temp sensor for freeYou also knowingly traded in a truck with a bad motorYou clearly knew the motor was bad because the truck had brand new aftermarket cam phasers in itThey didn't put themselves in the truck and they didn't fix the noise that your truck was making because there was damage to the head causing low oil pressure at high oil tempsWe still helped you and offered a free tow after you knowingly took advantage of us, but I don't see any mention of this in your complaintWe are happy to make you an offer on your truck if you'd like to sell it to us

This time, Zoraab provided the tracking information Contrary to what the representative said, the tracking info showed that the shipment would arrive December 27, not December It had not been sent two-day, it had been sent priority mail I received the socks on December I am accepting the response because I did get the socks But I will not be doing business with this company again Regards, [redacted]

This is New Customer Signed up for Subscription on June 25th we received inquiry from customer for exchange on June 28th and in July we received email to Cancel the Subscription, We cancelled the Subscription But the July shipment is shipped Customer can returns the July Shipment we will give her Refund of $for July, This Subscription is cancelledWe received Cancellation request second week of July Thank You

***,Arguing back and forth isn't solving anythingYou bought the truck months ago for $27,so there's no way that I can give you that much for the truckYou and your wife have called us up and yelled at us every time you experience a problemLike I said, we never called you when we found out your trade in had a blown motorWe would like to help, as we've done several times in the past, but the course of action that you are taking is counterproductiveWe aren't lying and we don't appreciate your unfounded and ridiculous insultsWe have offered to help you multiple times and you continue to yell and insult usIt doesn't seem like you want help, otherwise you would have mentioned a reasonable resolutionYou were fine with us spending $fixing your trade in a week after the deal, but now you need a few hundred dollars in service work months after your purchase and we "have no morals or integrity." You also just stated in your previous response that the issue you are experiencing had nothing to do with the starter wire, which is the whole reason that you started this claimIf you would like to have a productive conversation about resolving this issue then please contact us directly and we would be happy help you out

After reaching out to the Revdex.com, I received contact back from the business who told me to keep the two incorrect pairs and at that time informed me the ordered product was out of stock and that they were issuing a refundFollowing that email, I was again contacted by them saying they shipped out another pair of socks for me on "good faith, before I even ship back the previous ones"The communication is still very lackingI was originally told to keep the wrong socks, a week later I was told to ship them back, Saturday (5/14) I was told to keep both pairs and the Monday (5/16) it was referenced that I should be sending them backFirst and foremost, I will NOT be shipping the incorrect socks back UNLESS THEY PROVIDE a shipping label to do soIf this is not received by the end of this week (by 5/20/16), they forfeit the option for me to return themSecondly, assuming the refund has in fact been issued - which they claim it has - I do find the resolution satisfactory Thank you for following up on this for meReference to complaint ID ***

WE SPOKE TO HER ON JAN 12TH SHE RETURNED THE MERCHANDISE WE GOT IT ON JAN 19TH, FULL REFUND OF $WAS ISSUED ON JAN 20TH, WE SPOKE TO CERDIT CARD COMPANY THE REFUND WAS GIVEN ON HER ACCOUNT ON JAN 23RD BY CREDIT CARD COMPANY, WE SPOKE AND SEND HER EMAIL WITH PROOF OF REFUND, LAST WE SEND HER EMAIL ON JAN 28TH THERE IS NO REPLY FROM HER. The cancellation request came Jan 1st the charge of $was put on his card Jan 5th because of Holidays, we sent him the socksBut we gave him refund of $and told him to keep the socks also his subscription is cancelled as per his requestSorry about all this confusion

I am rejecting this response because: Booth Motors original response to me stated, that the emission policy "was explained" to meI asked by, who? Now *** Law is being quotedFact: Had this car been emission tested on day verses day or 10....it would not have passed an emissions test, due to the punched out cats on the exhaustAs stated by me in my original complaint, I have receipts totaling over $4,within days of purchase of this vehicle to get the exhaust repaired (for the sole purpose to pass emissions testing)I have the same signed and executed contract proving, I am paid in full with Booth MotorsAs stated in my original complaint, does Booth Motors have the right to threaten to withhold my filing for a registration due to a clerical error on their part?

***,I'm sorry that you are having these issuesThe warranty company has asked your mechanic to do further diagnosis and HE is refusing to do soThere is no way that we can help you when your mechanic is refusing to follow the process that is required by the warrantyYou need to file this
complaint against your mechanic, since he won't follow basic instructions, and also told the warranty company that it was pre-existing when it wasn't (we do a full inspection before listing the car and this issue was not happening at the time of sale)Also, the paperwork clearly states that the customer "will pay all costs for any repairsThe dealer assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about this vehicle." We have followed up with you and the warranty company numerous times and we can't do anything until you get the car diagnosedYou won't bring the car to us or any reputable shop, so there is nothing that we can doThis claim is outrageous due to the fact that we have gone above and beyond to contact the warranty rep and mediate the issues that you are having with YOUR mechanicPlease withdraw this claim if you would like us to continue helping you get this issue resolved
