worked on it in the last 6 months. If every dealer gave free lifetime bumper to bumper warranties on used cars, then there would be no dealers left in business. In addition, the car was sold as is, and the customer declined the option to purchase a warranty. The customer was explicitly clear that the car was sold as is and the form that she read and signed states: "You will pay for all costs for any repairs. The dealer assumes no responsibility for any repairs." This form was created by the State of Colorado for scenarios just like this, because as a dealer we have no idea what our customers will do to their car after the purchase. We have never had an issue like this in the past 8 years that we've been open and feel that this is ridiculous. We are sensitive to the fact that this is annoying for our customer, but that doesn't make it our fault. We offered $300 as a kind gesture and to help them out, but we aren't willing to pay for these issues that were most likely caused by the reasons listed above.Thank you,[redacted]

made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].  The business lied to me in connection with the response, telling me that the socks had been sent two-day air and would arrive by Christmas.  When two days had gone by and the order had not arrived, I contacted the business and was told the tracking information showed the order would arrive the next day.  I asked for the tracking number.  (I had previously asked for it, and the company had not responded.)  This time, Zoraab provided the tracking information.  Contrary to what the representative said, the tracking info showed that the shipment would arrive December 27, not December 23. It had not been sent two-day, it had been sent priority mail.  I received the socks on December 27.  I am accepting the response because I did get the socks.  But I will not be doing business with this company again.

[redacted],Arguing back and forth isn't solving anything. You bought the truck 6 months ago for $27,000 so there's no way that I can give you that much for the truck. You and your wife have called us up and yelled at us every time you experience a problem. Like I said, we never called you when we found out your trade in had a blown motor. We would like to help, as we've done several times in the past, but the course of action that you are taking is counterproductive. We aren't lying and we don't appreciate your unfounded and ridiculous insults. We have offered to help you multiple times and you continue to yell and insult us. It doesn't seem like you want help, otherwise you would have mentioned a reasonable resolution. You were fine with us spending $5000 fixing your trade in a week after the deal, but now you need a few hundred dollars in service work 6 months after your purchase and we "have no morals or integrity." You also just stated in your previous response that the issue you are experiencing had nothing to do with the starter wire, which is the whole reason that you started this claim. If you would like to have a productive conversation about resolving this issue then please contact us directly and we would be happy help you out.
