Border Cards

On Dec.8, 2017 (today) I was searching online for the *** Application website. Border Cards is the first result that appeared in the *** search. I unsuspectingly filed a *** application by e-mail to Border Cards thinking that I was submitting the application directly to ***. They do not perform any service whatsoever. All they did was forward my application to ***. A *** card only costs $50 USD but Border Cards charges $220 USD. When I realized that I had been ***, I called Border Cards - around an hour after I submitted the e-mail application to them. They informed me that I was too late, they had already forwarded my application to *** and could not refund me. I think they told me that they could only give me a partial refund. I reiterate, Border Cards is a *** company. They prey on unsuspecting people by masquerading as *** and charge a fee more than 4 times the cost of the *** card. The only reason they can get business is because they somehow appear first when a person searches "*** Application" in ***.
