Placed an order on 3/2/for which BTBS immediately withdrew payment for from my accountI knew as soon as I received my confirmation that I had probably made a mistake in ordering from this business since the confirmation email states (in all caps) NOT to contact the company unless it's been over weeks since the order has been placedThey also include a link to check the status of your order, with a side note that the order status link will not give you an update - this makes absolutely no senseAfter hitting the week mark without a word from the company I contacted them via email since they do not allow phone calls for customer service issuesI didn't get a response until I also posted on their facebook page hours laterThe response informed me that my order *should [redacted] ship this week, then reprimanded me by saying "as stated on our website, production is approxweeks from the date of your order and we ask that you allow another week for your order to process through our shipping department." This is not clear on the website, in fact there is different information on the contact us page and shipping and returns pageThe contact us page reads: Custom orders are shipped within weeksPlease do not inquire about orders that have not yet reached this pointNo mention of a 5th week to make it through shippingThe email confirmation reads: Most orders ship within approximately 2-weeks with the First Class Shipping option If you need your order sooner, we do offer rush processingAgain, no mention of a 5th weekThis company seems to blame customer's incompetence for their bad business practices when they clearly have a problem clearly and concisely communicating their policies We'll see if/when I receive my orderIf I didn't pay the extra amount to have it monogrammed I would just cancel it altogether This has been a truly awful customer service experienceThis business seems to pride themselves on godliness, posting biblical verses to Facebook daily, yet they seem to have no problem charging customers immediately and not keeping up their end of the bargainAs someone who has worked as a customer service manage for over a decade I am appalled and shocked that BTBS is still in businessI will never again order anything from them, and will tell all of my friends and family how they operate

It will not let me post anything to their Faceboom page so I will post it here! I am absolutely LIVID!! I placed a pre-Order back in June and it was to ship in August! It is almost the end of September and NO OUTFIT!!! It said that it finally shipped and I did get a shipping notice but according to my tracking number it's just sitting in ATLANTANS and I am in ARKANSAS!!! I tried to contact the post office but since they didn't use any type of insurance I can't find my package!!! Who knows if I will get it!!! I will never buy from this company again nor will I refer anyone!!!! It's a shame they take your money so fast but you don't have what you purchaseMost companies do not take money until your item is shipped! Shame on you!!

Should have been my first clue I was going to be dealing with horrible customer service? Who begins a business transaction by yelling at their customers not to bother them for weeks? Anyways, so I waited and a half weeks to inquire about where my items were since it still had not updated as shippedMy email inquiry about when I could expect items to ship did receive this reply, "Your order is at the end of production and will ship soon." (Glad they could take a half a second to completely deflect my question and not provide me an answer) Soon is not an expectationNext Monday, or Oct 16, those are timeframesSoon is not a descriptive term and tells me nothingSo I replied back to ask my question againNo responseSo I have no item, no clue IF or WHEN I will receive my itemI wish I would have researched this company more before giving them my money Items I should have received now weeks agoBased on other reviews here I'm skeptical whether or not they'll even fit my daughter if I were to receive them anyways So all in all I'm not sure which is worse- their terrible customer service- or lack of communication, or production times- I cannot comment on shipping times bc IVE NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEMS

I have ordered around $from them between January and June of this yearI ordered a monogrammed denim dress with one letter and it looked like a year old had done itThey insisted that I return it to be "mended", I received it back with very little improvement, (even though I no longer needed the dress, it was for a birthday gift)
Also, I used my credit points to order a $100+ order, which was lost in the mailThey did not want to return my $points to me! They only insured for $I was advised by the postmaster to file a claim with my credit card company and they then proceeded to steal the rest of my credit points and refuse to let me order again!
They pretend to be Christians, but sure very nice!
If you would like your product on time, do not order from Born to be Sassy! My order should have shipped over weeks ago, when I called they were apologetic and promised it would be shipped in the next two daysIt was notI have sent several emails regarding this situation; not one has been answered!
Horrible Product, Horrible Customer Service, I ordered a 5t outfit for my daughter, I received it two months later and it was completely defective Pants fit perfectly and the top was about times too big After several attempts at contacting them via e-mail (they do not have a phone number) they finally responded and wanted me to pay to send back the outfit and they had to receive it within days, they would only refund my money if I did this All I wanted was to receive the correct size top Which they refused After this I tried to comment on Facebook and they blocked me I am curious how many other customers are also being blocked Lesson learned!

I never received an update the week that it was supposed to be shipped, so I reached out to the company with questions. They informed me that the pants would be shipping out the next week, which they did not. I e-mailed them again with no response. They finally came today in the mail and they are not even the pants that I ordered. It is not even worth sending them back because I waited so long to recieve the item.

I have ordered something from Born to Be Sassy. I realize with it being Christmas, it is a VERY busy time of year. I ordered my items a couple of weeks ago and I realize that customized orders take longer than others. I have tried MULTIPLE times to get a hold of someone to find out the status of my items. If it won't be here before Christmas that's fine. I will buy other presents, but I should not have to email Customer Service 3 times. I've tried to call them as well and the phone is busy every time I call. Also, there is a live chat button to talk with someone on their website, but it doesn't work. Like I said, I am not aggravated that the items will not be in but the customer service, or lack thereof if ridiculous.
