It will not let me post anything to their Faceboom page so I will post it here! I am absolutely LIVID!! I placed a pre-Order back in June and it was to ship in August! It is almost the end of September and NO OUTFIT!!! It said that it finally shipped and I did get a shipping notice but according to my tracking number it's just sitting in ATLANTANS and I am in ARKANSAS!!! I tried to contact the post office but since they didn't use any type of insurance I can't find my package!!! Who knows if I will get it!!! I will never buy from this company again nor will I refer anyone!!!! It's a shame they take your money so fast but you don't have what you purchase. Most companies do not take money until your item is shipped! Shame on you!!

I'm still waiting on the product I ordered on 12/12. I have been given any idea when I will receive it if I even do. Not very pleased with this company

I have ordered twice from born to be sassy and both times have been awful. Their products and quality of clothing is so poor. I have boy/girl twins and they offer many matching sets which is why I attempted a second order. The sizing is a 2-3 inch difference in the same outfit and the product I received looks nothing like the picture on the website. The company refused to issue a refund or return/exchange. I don't see how this company stays in business and with poor quality products and even worse customer service.

I receiver my first outfit within a week. The money was deducted as soon as I confirmed my order. I know it has only been since May 20th 2015 but I'm getting a little nervous with all that I have been reading and I have yet to receive my second order but they have my money

Placed an order on 3/2/15 for which BTBS immediately withdrew payment for from my account. I knew as soon as I received my confirmation that I had probably made a mistake in ordering from this business since the confirmation email states (in all caps) NOT to contact the company unless it's been over 4 weeks since the order has been placed. They also include a link to check the status of your order, with a side note that the order status link will not give you an update - this makes absolutely no sense. After hitting the 4 week mark without a word from the company I contacted them via email since they do not allow phone calls for customer service issues. I didn't get a response until I also posted on their facebook page 48 hours later. The response informed me that my order *should* ship this week, then reprimanded me by saying "as stated on our website, production is approx. 4 weeks from the date of your order and we ask that you allow another week for your order to process through our shipping department." This is not clear on the website, in fact there is different information on the contact us page and shipping and returns page. The contact us page reads: Custom orders are shipped within 4 weeks. Please do not inquire about orders that have not yet reached this point. No mention of a 5th week to make it through shipping. The email confirmation reads: Most orders ship within approximately 2-4 weeks with the First Class Shipping option. If you need your order sooner, we do offer rush processing. Again, no mention of a 5th week. This company seems to blame customer's incompetence for their bad business practices when they clearly have a problem clearly and concisely communicating their policies.

We'll see if/when I receive my order. If I didn't pay the extra amount to have it monogrammed I would just cancel it altogether. This has been a truly awful customer service experience. This business seems to pride themselves on godliness, posting biblical verses to Facebook daily, yet they seem to have no problem charging customers immediately and not keeping up their end of the bargain. As someone who has worked as a customer service manage for over a decade I am appalled and shocked that BTBS is still in business. I will never again order anything from them, and will tell all of my friends and family how they operate.

Their website is false it may say in stock but it is not at their location. I ordered something on December 12 and paid express shipping and as of today 12/27/16 only two of my items are done but they say they do the oders by date which is wrong because right after I placed mine I placed a order for someone in the office and they received their order on 12/22/16. The website said orders by christmas and of course no order yet!! They had phones taken off so no one could call the emails are generic and when told my Christmas gifts are not done I asked to cancel and they refused stating they can not return item but I am sure it could be resold because it had not been monogrammed. Not a Christian company as stated!!!! They took my money as soon as order placed and I still had to spend more to get four Christmas gifts!!

I thought I had found a new wonderful place to buy my granddaughters clothes at very reasonable prices. Read the story of how they started out and thought great I will definitely give them a shot. Placed my first order that was supposed to take 4-6 weeks, came in close to 3 months with No emails explaining delay or apologizing NOTHING. order arrives about a month after my granddaughter already started school with a coupon stating to ask to join their facebook page and I would be given a code to use with my coupon for great savings...well wouldn't you know a month later they have approved me right after the coupon expired.
Very VERY BAD customer service and I question the integrity of this company

Born to be Sassy will not be getting my business again. I ordered 2 shirts on 9/1, email stated 2-4 week delivery time. Also in my confirmation email it stated, IN ALL CAPS- "PLEASE DO NOT INQUIRE ABOUT ORDERS THAT WERE NOT PLACED MORE THAN 4 WEEKS AGO UNLESS YOU CHOSE RUSH PROCESSING AT CHECKOUT!" Should have been my first clue I was going to be dealing with horrible customer service? Who begins a business transaction by yelling at their customers not to bother them for 4 weeks? Anyways, so I waited 5 and a half weeks to inquire about where my items were since it still had not updated as shipped. My email inquiry about when I could expect items to ship did receive this reply, "Your order is at the end of production and will ship soon." (Glad they could take a half a second to completely deflect my question and not provide me an answer). Soon is not an expectation. Next Monday, or Oct 16, those are timeframes. Soon is not a descriptive term and tells me nothing. So I replied back to ask my question again. No response. So I have no item, no clue IF or WHEN I will receive my item. I wish I would have researched this company more before giving them my money. Items I should have received now 2 weeks ago. Based on other reviews here I'm skeptical whether or not they'll even fit my daughter if I were to receive them anyways. So all in all I'm not sure which is worse- their terrible customer service- or lack of communication, or production times- I cannot comment on shipping times bc IVE NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEMS.
