I have been using this company for a lot of years nowAnd I have always been happy with what they have done for me I have an older carpet so its got some miles on it, but they always seam to get a good result for me I think they are a little higher on the price point ,but I think the job they do is worth the price

They came out and cleaned some upholstery for us They did a great job A red stain did not come out but everything else came out very good

We certainly apologize that this client had a bad experience with our scheduled service. Throughout the year our company runs special offers with reduced prices based on services being done, on days when we have other clients scheduled nearby. In these scenarios clients are asked to prepay for... the service to reserve the appointment. Very similar to a "Groupon Purchase" . If the service is not performed or cancelled, the client is refunded immediately. This client was refunded immediately as well through our terminal. Unfortunately, because of the way credit card companies execute credits , we have seen clients sometimes wait up to 10 days to see the credit on the card. Our company does not have any control over this. By today I am positive the client has now been fully credited back by the credit card agency, so we consider this a closed matter.We are internally looking into how we can improve our business based on the feedback we have received from this client. I paid for carpet cleaning They did not show up during the appointed time window -or at all I called and was told they would call the technician and call me right back They did not call me right back, and when I called them again hour later, they still had no answer I immediately cancelled my credit card payment for the service and told them I was very disappointed in their lack of follow through I would not recommend this company at all

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.So long as they stop calling us, I will be happy.  However, if they do not remove us from their constant calling schedule, we will take further action. I did call them directly two times to try to be removed, and they assured me they would do it each of those times as well.

I had a really great experience with this company. I have used a few different carpet cleaners and I was always dissatisfied with how the traffic areas came out. The technician they sent out Tony was able to really get the color to match again. I would highly recommend them.
