Bassett contacted me via phone on Friday, March 16,2018 with a solution. Per telephone conversation by Bassett [redacted] Store Manager that [redacted] the technician would contact me that day to schedule a time to come out. He also asked me to remove all comments regarding Bassett. I asked him why I should remove if Bassett has delivered on service. Store Manager then stated to me that I was satisfied with Bassett based on conversation instead of asking me if I was satisfied with the service thus far. My Husband and I didn’t get a call from anyone until Wednesday Morning, March 21,2018 with a date to come and assist. I never asked for a refund on my warranty for a product that still had one year warranty left, however they credited back my card. I will follow up with you once Technician comes out. Kind

Hi, We were never made aware of offer of $600 for the labor. Please let me know who and when was contacted with that information. I have attempted to contact Bassett many times about the labor costs and I was told to ask the retailer or my emails were ignored. Also, the fabric is snagging and coming apart in other places, not just the casing, as I have documented in many emails and pictures sent to Basset over the last year, since we have been trying to resolve this issue with Basset. Thank you!

Our Customer Care Manager will be contacting him today. She tried to make contact with him in March and was unsuccessful in reaching him.
Bassett has offered their final offer.
