Ordered from the through facebook add checked to verify the company was located in the United states prior .it is in California however the website doesnt tell you the product is manufactured in china. I ordered 4/16/2020 and as of today 6/1/20 have not recieved they have a telephone number posted on thier site however its just a recorded message stating they dont take customer service calls only via email. I have made several attempts to rectify but no one replys back .

I ordered one of their packs. The checkout page said the pack was backordered and would ship in 6 weeks. Fine. I went ahead and ordered. a couple of days later, since this was a gift, I found the pack from a reseller for the same price that would arrive in the for the gift to be given on a birthday. I tried to cancel my order. they refused. citing Corona virus and a new policy that no backordered items would be canceled or refunded. This was nowhere to be found on the checkout page. It was buried deep elsewhere on the site.
I sent screenshots of the cart page and the absence of any "buyer beware" laugh. they still refused to refund., they did, however, say there was a pack in stock and would send that. I thaen asked if there was a pack in stock, why backorder mine, and if it was in stock, then that makes the backorder/preorder policy null. no dice. they wouldn't budge. every communication was a different story. "your bag is shipping tomorrow" "Your bag is backordered." "your bag is shipping immediately" Never true.
Oh, let also state that it takes them up to a week to reply to any communication. Among backpack enthusiasts, this company is notorious. They have a try-before-you-buy. a friend did this, and returned within the window for a refund. THEY REFUSED SHIPMENT and refused to refund. I will make it my sole purpose in life to warn people away from this company. scam artists of the highest order.
