Horrible! They over charge and will not refund when events are postponed with no solid future date scheduled.

Will NEVER use this website again for any tickets. They Rip customers off with fee's!

November 25, 2019 I learned from a friend that the Doobie Brothers were coming to the MN State Fair Grandstand summer 2020. I went online to purchase tickets and the first website that came up was Box Office Ticket Center. The website deceives you into thinking that you are buying from the MN State Fair approved website. I purchased tickets and when I was done they totaled $443.87. However, when I was done with the transaction, there were no seat assignments and I couldn't print the tickets. I immediately was suspicious. That evening the local news said that tickets don't go on sale for the Doobie Bros at the MN State Fair until December 6thand the next day the newspaper reported the same information. The highest priced tickets are only $69.50 per ticket. I realized that I had been scammed into thinking that this site was the proper site to purchase tickets for the event. My son said that site preys on elderly people and those who are confused. I later researched the website and there are many warnings about it. When I realized that I had been scammed, I called the company within 24 hours of purchase to cancel and told them that they had charged me 3 times the price of the real tickets and that they didn't even have tickets to sell. They said I couldn't cancel and that they would eventually have the tickets but that I couldn't print them until next summer. I asked them to give me my seat numbers and they were unable to. Who knows if they *** ever have tickets. I am disputing this amount because: 1. They deceive people into thinking they are the proper website by being the first listing on google and representing themselves by appearing to be the MN grandstand.2. They charge 3 times the price of the real tickets.3. They don't give seat number information because they have no tickets to sell. 4. The real tickets for the concert were not even available for purchase until December 6 which is 11 days later than my disputed transaction.5. I called to cancel within 24 hours as I had no tickets and no seat assignments and I was overcharged 3 times the correct ticket amount than the real website is charging.Furthermore, I have purchased tickets from the correct website for $156.00 and I have the seat assignments and was able to print the tickets unlike the fake website.

At no point in the ticket purchasing process was I made aware that:
a. I would not receive my seat assignments and tickets at the end of the transaction
b. There were no tickets even available the day of the transaction to sell as I later learned on the news that tickets were not available for sale by the real vendor until more than a week and a half later
Reputable companies do not charge your credit card when there is no product available at that time.
I still have no tickets from them-they say they *** in the summer but what if they go bankrupt or disappear before then as it is many months away
The proper venue charges a third of the cost of what I was charged They try to represent themselves as the real venue on google and prey on elderly people in this fashion

In response to the customer's statements:
a. The ticket group that the customer chose to purchase had a note that clearly stated "Tickets *** be ready for delivery by Aug 23, 2020."
b. The tickets sold on our site are guaranteed to be valid and delivered in time for the event.

The customer freely chose to place her order and tickets *** be delivered at the date specified. The customer was free to comparison shop for other tickets both on the site and elsewhere. She chose to accept the website policies, which clearly state that all sales are final.
The customer attempted to dispute her purchase with her credit card company, and the card company closed the dispute in the seller's favor, as they agree that this is a legitimate purchase freely made by the customer. We hope that this resolves the matter.

I notifed Box Office Sales I did not authorize credit card purchase. They threaten to file Fraud charges against me and my granddaughter.

I received an email from Box Office Sales regarding a $658 purchase which I later learned was made by my 14 y.o. grandaughter and her friend. I immediately notified them I did not authorize the charge. They are threatening to file fraud charges against me and my grandaughter and refuse to refund the charge. I have since learned they are a fraudulent company, add additional charges, do not deliver the tickets when promised, and a whole list of complaints. What are my options? I have notified my credit card company, but Box Office Sales threatens me with Fraud charges if I do refuse.

I accidentally confirmed an order when I grabbed my phone. The business was rude and would not help me.
I was looking at tickets for an event. Somehow I grabbed my phone and confirmed a purchase for the wrong event. I immediately called/emailed the business and they were rude and quickly shut me down. I understand their ROEs but this instance should be a validated refund. Now I'm out hundreds of dollars.

I would like to receive my full refund including service fees. The charge is pending and I have not accepted any tickets.

I received notification that Alanis Morissette tickets were selling out, only a few tickets left, so my son and I purchased 2 tickets. However after submitting I saw a whole new price of $315 which was over $75 more than they showed in my cart. They had hidden fees that didn't show up until after the charge goes through. How is thy is even possible? It is also very wrong to advertise that tickets are selling out of a concert when they aren't even released to the public yet. I tried to contact them with no response for a week. I want a refund and their site says they do not give refunds. I am very concerned at being scammed by this company.

My confirmations were sent as attachments originally. They have since sent my tickets. Sounds like they *** not refund.

While looking at the Trans-Siberian Orchestra event at the Wells Fargo Center PA site online we were lured to the BoxOfficeTicket.Center site to purchase tickets. Mistakenly accepting the site as the official venue site, we ordered tickets and it appeared the availability of tickets was tight. We ordered two tickets and paid $292.73 for two mezzanine 11th row seats. Within minutes we tried to cancel the tickets. They refused. A horrible policy, but not uncommon for ticket re-sellers/brokers.
Going back and getting to the official site, better tickets were available at $195 (all in for 2 tickets) for 3rd row floor seats. So BoxOfficeticket.Center rips you off right from the beginning by charging much more for much worse seats.
Be careful what website you link to when looking for tickets and avoid BoxOfficeTicket.Center.
To make matters worse, when we called the telephone number provided in the purchase email confirmation, not only did they refuse a cancelation, when asked what company they represent they provided the wrong name telling us they were with TicketNetwork.com. I wrote a number of reviews on TicketNetwork.com to find out the person at BoxOfficeTicket.Center lied to us about the company involved. I now need to make that right.

I clicked on their google result to buy tickets for a Mandy Moore concert happening in May in Seattle at the Paramount Theater. I didn't realize (dumb me) that the tickets hadn't gone on sale yet, so they were selling tickets they didn't have at all,
or at least tickets that weren't supposed to be re-sold. The message on the web site said that the tickets were digital, which I assumed meant digital download. After checking out, I received a message saying that I would receive the tickets in six months. That's too long. My card had already been charged.

I called customer service, and it all sounded very fishy. They wouldn't cancel the order, even though I never received the tickets. They kept saying they'll be delivered in six months and their policy does not allow cancellations. They put me on hold for 5 minutes waiting for a supervisor. I called back, started over. I was polite but firm, but they hung up on me. I called a third time. They still refused to cancel, even though I have no tickets, and said there was no one to escalate to. They also kept saying what a reputable company they are, which seemed weird...

Later I found out the tickets weren't even on sale yet, and that they were selling them for 7x the ticket value. Dumb me for not looking these guys up on the Revdex.com.

I request a refund for tickets not received. Even if I had received the tickets, I don't believe they *** be real, because they aren't on sale yet. In addition, if they did have tickets, they would be illegally bought/sold tickets, and I don't want them.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE!! This company just ripped off my unsuspecting mom. She called online to purchase from a local city theater for a Christmas Show. The tickets should have cost $32 a piece, they were $87 through this company. My mom asked why they were not $32 as stated, the woman on the phone did not answer this question and said that the tickets were going fast and this was how much they cost. My mom wanted us to have a nice Christmas memory and she was taken advantage off. She called back several times and was hung up on. She called the number from the email and the man on the other end was rude and said you should have known this was a second party website. She is going to dispute this charge once it hits her account so I just pray it gets refunded. SHUT THIS BUSINESS DOWN Revdex.com!!

I bought 2 tickets for Morrissey concert for Oct XX XXXX, for Edmonton Alberta, Canada with Box Office Ticket, the send me the PDF electronic tickets.
I bought ticket for Morrissey concert OCT 10 ,2019 for Edmonton , Alberta in Canada with you guys, I couldn't open the PDF electronic tickets because You NEVER sent me the code.Try to contact them, sent emails, no response at all..I have to purchase other tickets on ticket master, person who sold me this ticket GAGE P. I thought I was on Ticket Master and when I bought the tickets they were not in Canadian they were in USD. This is for a Canadian show. I was trying to buy tickets for my daughters singing performance not some big concert. I was charged 602 USD instead of 207 Canadian. I made a genuine mistake and tried really hard to get them to refund the money and take back the tickets and they just wouldn't do it.
I dont understand how a company can operate like this - it is so unethical and I really can't afford this. Shame on this company.

On Sept 10, 2019 I was in Portland OR, and I wanted to attend a Deep Purple concert at the Keller Auditorium. I searched for tickets online and found a site called boxofficeticket.center that said they had tickets available. I clicked the "buy tickets" button, and I was presented with a list of options ranging from $63 to $350 per ticket. I chose $63 and requested 6 tickets. The site added a $20 surcharge per ticket, and I confirmed the sale on my credit card. When I got the email, it said that the tickets were in section: Parking, and they did not include access to the event. I immediately called to cancel the transaction, but they refused to do that. I called on each of the next two days and they continued to refuse a refund, finally directing me to send any further complaint to ***@mytickettracker.com. This is clearly a scam. I searched for concert tickets and clicked a "buy tickets" button. For them to insert a parking pass *** the search result with pricing that is clearly not appropriate for parking is deliberately misleading. It's the electronic equivalent of a shell game. Furthermore, I went to the Keller Auditorium and asked what they charge for parking. They told me that there is no parking at that venue! So these passes *** I bought for over $500 aren't even at the venue that they list.

So I did a search for reviews and between Yelp and the Revdex.com site quickly determined that they were scam artists who deceive and overcharge people, and in many cases either deliver tickets that aren't as promised, and in some cases deliver tickets that don't work (or don't deliver at all!). I messaged them for a refund and of course was told all sales were "final" despite the fact that I'd been deceived into making the purchase. They claim that because there is a tiny message at the very top of their website stating they are a ticket reseller (which is designed to be missed as it's well above a huge color banner giving the name of the venue they are pretending to be) that they are not misrepresenting, it was clearly designed this way and is no accident. They are counting on people seeing the big, fat, huge, color banner with the venue name and missing the disclaimer in small, plain font at the very, very top. And based on their reviews at Yelp and the complaints to Revdex.com, it seems to be working for them, but consumers should not be victim to this ploy. SCAM! The ticket I bought was 50% more than normal then charge a crazy service fee amounts. Dont do business with these people. They literally charge Double!! the ticket Oh, and they wont even give you your ticket until the day before the event? This business in A JOKE! I cannot believe that they are even allowed to do business this way.

I would like a refund IMMEDIATELY so that we can purchase other tickets. I would also like for the website to be required to more clearly, on first click, to indicate that they are not the official site and are 3rd party venders. Also the fees and the FACT THAT YOU *** NOT RECEIVE THE TICKETS UNTIL THE DAY OF THE EVENT should be more clearly stated in advance.

I tried purchasing two tickets online and after my first purchase "did not go through" I went online and purchased another pair. I looked at my bank statement a few hours later and noticed I was in fact charged for both transactions but only received two tickets - rather then four (which I theoretically paid for). I reached out to this company right away and didn't hear for about 5 business days. I reached out again and finally received a response that "my financial institution had put a pre-auth on the payments" so I needed to contact them. I spent over 40 minutes on the phone with my bank while they investigated and they determined there was no "pre-auth" on the payments and the infact have both of my full payments of about $197. I reached out to them immediately and waited four more business days to be told I "need to reach out to my financial institution for further assistance". They are not willing to help one bit - not to refund my money or even offer me the other two tickets. Awful customer service, and money hungry.

I bought electronic tickets that *** not be delivered until 2 days before the event. The company cannot tell me the specific seats that I purchased.
I purchased 4 tickets to the Atlanta Falcons vs. St. Louis Rams. The company cannot tell me the exact seats I purchased and that I *** have o wait until 2 days before the event to receive ELECTRONIC tickets. They should have verified ticket information so you know what you are purchasing. I have paid over $600.00 for an unknown entity that I don't believe *** ever exist. When I called to cancel they said all sales are final but they cannot tell me exactly what I've purchased. I want my money refunded. This is a scam!

I wouldn't purchase through this website. I looked at reviews prior to ordering my tickets, and didn't purchase. The tickets they were trying to sell me, DON'T GO ON SALE UNTIL 8/30/19. So no one should be able to purchase them yet, yet they were trying to.

I was run around - more than once, twice THIS company strung me along up until I was standing outside the Gate with my Dad' looking at me with tears running down my face. I took off work, my husband took off work, my brother and his wife took off work to make this family event special for my Dad and us and it was a disaster and based on LIES and DECEIT. This company KEPT my money for 3.5 months, kept telling me the tickets were coming, then on the day, hrs' before - Sorry, we don't have your tickets. That is BAD Service. I demanded comp tickets to the SAME' Event, since were standing outside the gate and they informed me they didn't have any. That was also a lie, they were available in the Seated Section for 133.00 each. They refused to purchase those tickets and comp us. They put me on hold for 45 MIN's when I asked for a Supervisor. That supervisor (Muhamid ______ ????) informed me they had no tickets at all available. They were sold out ! Again, that was not the truth ... I would have bought 6 more tickets, but I didn't have enough on my Credit Card. The Entire Day, out of work - babysitters - Cost Myself and my Brother over 600.00. Loss of income/Babysitters/etc. While on hold for the 4th time with the Company, I was informed they were refunding my $$ - Quote: OUR CONTRACT IS COMPLETE My refund as of today, has not been refunded and again, I am not satisfied with just having my money back. My $$ sat in their accounts for 3.5 months. How many other people did they do this too ??? I'd like to be compensated with in addition to my refund, which I am waiting on - I'm requesting another set of Concert tickets of equal value to make our Family Event whole.
