These guys helped me and my wife find Dodgers tickets last min. They gave us better seats then what we had the year prior for a better price. Thank you and I will definitely use you guys again!!

If you call to question your tickets, you will be sworn at using the f bomb word. Be aware. You think you are ordering tickets from the venue directly but the tickets price is doubled.
Hello *** I do apologize for the rudeness and unprofessional interaction that you might have encountered. We have spoken to all employees and notified them that they will be written up if they speak to another customer without professionalism. We are a third party company which means we have tickets in our inventory and we resell them to others. We never say we are the actual box office and all our ads online clearly states this is a Google Ad. Thank you for your feedback in bettering our company.
great service , very nice people they helped me out and told me of a delay apparently the venue had on tickets.
Delays happen all the time and we try to keep all our customers informed of any issues that might arise
The company ripped us off on Disney on ice tickets. They charged us 69.00 plus tax , after we bought them we realized the actual location where it was being held at was only charging 35.00 plus tax.
We made a call to the BOTC to buy tickets for a show at the Bellagio tonight (8/17). Just like the rest of the customer complaints, we too thought that the BOTC was the actual venue box office since it was the first result on google. When the representative offered us seats in the very back for 40 dollars more than the actual ticket prices closer to the front, we looked on Ticketmaster for closer seats. We found closer seats for $146 where the seats in the back they were trying to sell us were $186. We told them that we were going to go ahead and buy the tickets online instead and thanked them. As my mom pulled her phone away from her ear, we heard someone screaming "MA'AM" on the line, so she continued the call, asking them what they wanted (hoping that maybe they had found us a better deal). Instead, the manager was now on the phone, yelling at my mom for wasting the representative's time since he was on commission and we weren't buying tickets (the call was a total of 6 minutes, with most of the call spent being on hold). He then threatened that the tickets we were going to buy online would be sold out and that we wouldn't get any, trying to make us buy their tickets at a higher price. At that point, my mom hung up after saying "f
k you", which they deserved. They have terrible customer service. Did they really think that yelling at us was going to make us want to buy from them? From the looks of my experience, and the rest of the complaints, this company is unprofessional and scamming people. I hope the call was recorded so they can be fired. Would never recommend.
The WORST company I have ever dealt with. Worst customer service ever. Trying to get a refund for Justin Beiber concert that was cancelled, yet on their website it guarantees satisfaction as well as refunds for cancelled events. On hold for over an hour, passed from one employee to another, being told inconsistent information. The tickets say Ticket Master all over... I wonder if they were even legitimate tickets.
They post a picture of the view that you will see the football game and down at the bottom says "obstructed view" when purchasing it doesn't say final say and the insurance is no help. The people that work there don't care about anything but their money and won't willing to work with you to even exchange the tickets. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this company! They suck!!!!
Crooks. Sold me invalid tickets. Showed up at venue only to be turned away, told someone had already entered on my tickets. Working with cc company to hopefully get refund. Thought something was suspicious when they called back an hour after purchase to confirm I had indeed received emailed tickets and opened email. I've never had THAT good of customer service for tickets. That was after telling me I had to buy as tickets were 95 percent sold out. Found out they weren't even twenty percent sold out.
I used this company to buy New York Yankee tickets while I was traveling in NYC. It took 15 minutes to get my order and process my purchase. They said they sent me an email with my tickets. All that was sent was the invoice. I was outside of the stadium for 32 mins on hold waiting for them to get my tickets to email it to me. They were unprofessional and very slow after knowing this was there mistake. Once I got the tickets it said ticketmaster on it. this company just buys online at ticketmaster and upcharges you. Do not use this service or company
This company is horrible. The name on google search leads you to believe they are the official site for the venue. They charged $22 per ticket for administrative fee. What a joke? I had to send emails and spend time on phone trying to retrieve my tickets. I am really concerned about the security of information I submitted on the site. I feel I am entitled to a refund of monies I paid. Please never use this site.
if it needs repeating, this outfit is terrible, bottom feeders who count on people not looking closely at what website they are on
