Boxout

While at the Florida Chiropractic Association Conference in Orlando from August 22-25, 2019, I purchased an Amrex Z Stin IF 250 Interferential Unit from Eric G, equipment sales manager with MeyerDC. On September 4, 2019, the unit was delivered. After reviewing the owners' manual, I set the unit up and found it to be broken. I called Eric G at MeyerDC who directed me to contact Amrex. After 3 phone calls to Amrex, I spoke with a technician who agreed to walk me through the setup of the unit. He agreed the unit was broken and referred me back to MeyerDC.

I contacted Eric G at MeyerDC and told him I would like to return the unit and did not want it repaired or replaced as I did not want to do business with a company that sold defective equipment. After 14 documented phone calls from September 4, 2019 through September 11, 2019, Mr. G informed me on September 11, 2019 that I was responsible for returning the unit to Amrex (not to MeyerDC) at my own expense. I asked for MeyerDC to pay for the return shipping as the unit was broken right out of the box, but Mr. G refused.
