Scott B[redacted] handled the sale of our residence in Colchester. He proved to be a very capable and very trustworthy professional. Before listing we received a cash offer from an investor and we then offered the property to Scott at the same price. Scott recommended we make some modest improvements to the property and then list it with him. Incredibly the property sold for 135% of the original cash offer of which over 20 points was pure additional profit for us; and we closed in less than 90 days from listing.
