Working with Scott was so easy. He was always available via email, phone, and text - day, evening, and weekends. I have worked with Boyden real estate for years. In this time Scott B[redacted] has assisted many times, most recently with the sale of my condo and purchase of my new home. He was able to provide guidance on what should be repaired to maximize the sale of the condo and during a rough time in the market, was able to sell my condo within two weeks of it being listed. With the quick sale we needed to look at properties to purchase immediately. Scott quickly set up times to view properties for sale that met our needs.
