There is no way to reach these people. They never answer their phone and never respond.

On 06/28/19 customer had ordered our Buy2, Get 1 Free B+ CBD oil. In the terms and conditions it does fully explain the program and the billing for all purchases on our ordering website.

What I have done today is issue a 100% refund for the most recent 2 charges in the amount of $99.90. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect back onto the charge card. I have done a reverse lookup on customer phone number and confirmed that no indications of calling our call center #. I have since checked in the email listing from back in 2019 and also show lack of customer record of ever emailing in about subscription.

All we ask is if customer can kindly return the last 2 shipments back to us, As we have already issued a 100% refund.

On 09/17/19 customer ordered our product via order website for our B+ 300mg CBD oil. In the terms and conditions we do fully explain our program and billing of our products that entails a 30 day subscription will be on customer order details. We allow the customer to call in at anytime to cancel subscription. Customer never contacted us to get any resolution for her account. Since, we have cancelled the account from any subscription and issued a 100% refund in the amount of $49.95. Since the delivery tracking # from USPS shows ALL products have been delivered to her address, We do ask customer to kindly return the product back to us. After reviewing the account for customer I can confirm on 06/30/19 when a order was placed for our CBD oil it did fully explain the program and billing on our website under the terms and conditions that a subscription of 30 day renewal will occur if not cancelled. We allowed you to try the product on a risk free subscription that offers a 60 day money back guarantee which separates us from trial offers. What I show is the customer was sent out confirmation each month when a order was sent alongside the packing slip that has our phone number to contact us. On 01/22/2020 customer did call into our customer care to cancel and return 2 most recent shipments. What I have done for customer today is issue a 100% refund for the 2 most recent shipments she has returned. The confirmation of the refund is : 1BD4CA4773 in the amount of $49.95 and $49.95 ($99.90 total). If the customer has any other questions or concerns, they can always reach back out to us. Thank you

Have not heard anything from company or Revdex.comureu about complaint filed November.
Returned unwanted package to bpluscbd and they recieved on November 14. No refund recieved yet. January 3, 2020.

8/2/19 Ordered an introductory offer of CBD. Wasn't satisfied so I cancelled the 'auto-ship' function. On 10/31/19 they charged another $149.95.

We did confirm on 07/23/19 customer had purchased a Buy 3, Get 2 Free special promotion. Upon placing the order, We do have customer agree to the terms and conditions before proceeding to the "checkout" page and entering in the credit card information. Customer had called into return the product within the 60 day policy. Customer called back in as it does take time to process returned orders as if he ordered from another company. What I have done today is issued the 100% refund in the amount of $149.85 back to customer card in good faith the product is indeed returned to us as he states. I returned package that I did not order. Mailed on 12th and received on 14th by bplus. No refund yet. Still waiting and it is 28th.

Trial order turns out to be a subscription unordered product sent and charged to consumer.

What follows is the original order which was a trial of the product, delivered and paid for. Today 11/15/19 an unordered package from this firm arrived. I returned the package and closed the account effective today 11/15/19.

It took 3 months but finally I was able to cancel my account.

If I could give a "zero" I would. Product did NOT help me. I called to exercise my 60 day money back guarantee & they sent me a higher strength & said CALL back by Oct. 11 if I'm not satisfied. I called today, Oct. 10. & they wouldn't refund me unless they received unused product in their warehouse by Oct. 14. Like it will get to them, in Florida, by Monday. They said if they didn't receive it by Monday, is be out the product & the money. Scam! Be aware!
The Revdex.com gave them an "F"!

This is a great product. No more arthritis pain !! I'm 84 yrs old & have been in constant pain for the last 10 yrs. All my Dr.'s approve my decision to use this instead of the opioid based pain meds, FREE from pain at last !! TY

I ordered 2 bottles + got one free of the b+ Pure CBD oil 300 mg July 16 2019: a one time order. I received the order along with a Dear Valued Customer letter telling me that I could reorder at BplusCBD.com. In Sept, without a duly initiated order from me, I received two more bottles of the same CBD oil and was automatically charged $99.99. I called their customer service and was told that I was in some kind of family plan that would ship every two months to me. I asked that the order be cancelled and to get a return authorization and a credit for $99.99. They told me they could cancel my family plan( which I never order) could could not issue a return credit. The return policy that I received with my first order states" If you are not satisfied with an order in any way, please return your purchase within 60 days for a refund." Customer service would not authorize nor give me to a supervisor.

Don't order any products from this company that has fraudulent practices.

Like previous complaints all previous complaints this is deceptive sales. I received a second bottle that I didn't order. Bottle arrived broken.
I spoke to their customer service and was literally screaming at them because they would not take no for an answer regarding further shipments at discounted rates. Finally after 10 minutes they gave up and said they would close my account

Replacing bottle damaged in initial order.
On 8-8-19 money was taken from my bank account to pay for 3 bottles of BPlus CBD Oil. Total purchase price was $99.90. One of the three bottles arrived damaged and product had leaked into the shipping bag. I called the company's customer service line immediately and explained the problem. They asked for a photo which I provided that same day. Since then, I've had to call the company 5 more times to find out what the status was. The last time, 9-10-19, I asked for an RMA number to return the product, damaged bottle and all. The first 2 times I called this morning, the service reps hung up on me. The last time I advised the rep that there had better not be a third hang up. I finally got my RMA number and was advised of 2 things that I was not aware of, first that I was part of a recurring order program and, second, that there was a $9.95 charge to restock each bottle. I told the rep to cancel any further orders and that I wanted the full payment of $99.90 refunded. Neither of these facts were presented in the initial ordering process. All that was stated was that there was a money back guarantee. This was not a trial membership, this was a purchase supposedly limited to the three bottles. Apparently, having reviewed comments from others, this is the marketing approach from this company which can summed up in two words 1) devious and 2) unscrupulous. Having learned of this, I no longer wish to do business with this firm.

Desired Outcome

A full refund of the $99.90 that was spent on the initial order and a guarantee that I have been removed from any future shipments. I do not want to deal with the company or its reps ever again.

Our records show that when Mr. called on September 10th, a return merchandise authorization code was issued to him so that he could return the items for a refund minus our one time restocking fee per order - we apologize for that miscommunication. Today, we have waived this and fully refunded your account. Therefore, you will be receiving the $99.90 refund you are seeking in roughly 5 business days; when this credit will enter your account is dependent upon your financial institution.
