Don't order, they don't honor their warranties.
I received the product in July, I tried it for 30 days, called them to cancel and they told me to give it another 30 days, since I have a 60 day Money Back Guarantee. After 55 days, called them and tried to cancel, they told me that I had 30 days, I have a letter stating 60 days, I disputed the purchase, and I got a letter from my CC company that they are reversing the provisional credit that they had given me, because they sent my cc company a paragraph stating that there is a 30 day return policy.

The Customer was given refund of $49.95 in August. After refund the Customer filed a dispute of the charges with their bank. Customer lost this dispute and at this time since the Customer has lost dispute on the 2 charge backs no refund can be process on account.

This less than reputable company will keep on sending you stuff and claim that they send you emails advising you of such. Credit card companies will participate in this scam so be advised that if you buy some to try and charge it to your card they will keep on sending it to you every month and charge you for it. The F rating is well deserved.

We have searched our listing of customers and were able to pull up an account for Mr.. Our records show that when Mr. called on August 8th, he had already disputed the charge on his account. Unfortunately, this prevents us from issuing a refund to prevent accidental fraud from a double reimbursement. Therefore, you will be receiving the $99.90 refund you are seeking from your financial institution. We would have been more than happy to help out with a refund had Mr. contacted us first. We regret any dissatisfaction in our customers and are sorry to see this review. We hope that this situation has been resolved for you.

I am not obligated to contact anyone over a fraudulent charge that was made without my authorization. Secondly the credit card company did credit your account back so the bit about avoiding fraudulent charges is baloney. Secondly I offered to send this stuff back which by the way isn't very effective. This appears to be a common tactic to order something to try and then unknowingly be put on a list for a repetitive monthly order. Its a shame that the credit card companies actually participate in this. I learned a hard lesson here.

Paid for a trial of B+ CBD oil. Before we finished it a new shipment came. They withdrew that money from our VISA then refused return/refund.
I signed up online on April 10, 2019 to buy a trial of B+ CBD Oil. Before we had even used up the trial bottles, a new shipment came in the mail on 7/15/2019 (shipped on 7/11). I immediately called B+ Botanicals to say I planned to return that shipment, and I requested a refund. I also informed them I would NEVER have reordered this product because it was totally ineffective.

I was told that by my original order I had agreed to future auto shipments, that I could now cancel subsequent orders but that this first auto-ship COULD NOT be cancelled and that the charge stood. I never knowingly agreed to any of that.

I did not keep any info or papers that might have come with the original order and there was no documentation with the second batch.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund of the amount they fraudulently charged to my VISA card, $149.85. I also want to know that B+ Botanicals no longer has any record of my VISA number in their files.

After our review of Mrs. complaint, we searched our listing of customers and were able to pull up an account for her. Our records show that when Mrs. called on July 15th, our terms were explained to her and the call was unexpectedly disconnected. We are very sorry that there was a misunderstanding of our trial terms. Upon hearing her unhappiness with our company, we have refunded her account in full for the subsequent $149.85 charge. This will process back to her account 5-10 business days from the issue date. We regret any dissatisfaction in our customers and are sorry to see this complaint. We can affirm that her account was cancelled when she called in as well. Please allow this to amend the situation and accept our sincerest apology.

The Company stated they will refund the amount in question, $149.85. I do accept that conclusion and am now happy to close the case provided the funds are indeed returned to my account in the promised time frame, 5 - 10 business days from the date of their response.

On 7/12/2019, we received a package from this company. Upon opening it we found five 1 oz eyedropper vials labeled CBD oil. No one in the home ordered this item, at which time my spouse, whom had been informed of CBD oil by two different physicians associated with care, wondered who sent it and how it was paid for. I suggested checking the bank statement and there it was; $199 charge from this company for items no one in our home ordered.

I called the company and discovered there had been two attempts to place the order, one on 5 July which apparently failed and a successful attempt on 8 July which succeeded. Those dates are crucial in my following suspicion that this incident resulted from an in house commission of fraud at one of the healthcare provider's office, because on 5 July my spouse was told the primary care doctor was changing insurance providers and an agent would be sent to our home to assist with the changes. That representative arrived on 8 July, the same day the unauthorized charge attempt succeeded.

The company gets a low rating because they are suspect in this criminal act, having offered a 50% refund after we explained the purchase was unauthorized and therefore fraudulent. I declined and insisted on a 100% refund and stated we would not be footing the bill for return shipping and that we were also on the line with our bank filing a fraudulent claim. After the reps second consult with a supervisor, a 100% refund was committed to and instructions to write "Return to sender" on the packaging in an effort to return it to them.

Since the dates of the attempted charges 5th and 8th of July, correspond with the notice and subsequent visit date associated with the insurance carrier changes of the healthcare provider, there is reasonable suspicion that the source of the unauthorized charges may in some way be affiliated with the doctor's office.

This suspicion makes the most sense as there is likely access to billing information from previous payment histories at the physicians office and no hacker would lift credit/debit card info from a computer and buy medications for the owner and have them shipped to the owner as well, unless they received a kickback from the purchase.

A visit and discussion with the doctor regarding this incident is pending.
