Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: First thing This is [redacted] [redacted] is mine and my cousin [redacted] was with me when we bought the transmissionAlso you can see I paid with my personal card and when the seller asked my cousin what's your name he gave him his name as he was my speaker and he have knowledge about carsAll I want seller to pay the delay fee because he got late delivering the partAlso for the waranty he said it does have days I don't understand how he said there was no waranty.Sincerely, [redacted]

I attempted to resolve this complaint, I called the customer on the receipt, and he told me he had no issue with the sale or the part and that it was his friend that was complainingI then called the person that made the complaint, I asked them if there was a way we could resolve this issueI explained to that person that the parts and labor warranty was not purchased and if it had been purchased we would cover this expense without issue, then I offered to split the cost with him and pay him $150.00, he told me that he would think about itI explained to him that we would have to give the credit to the purchaser and he said that will not work for himAt this point the customer we sold the part to is not complaining about the product or the service so we do not see why we would pay someone who is not the purchaser of the productThey attached the copies of the invoice to their complaint, you can see the customers name is [redacted] and they have a different phone numberWe are willing to work with our customer to resolve any issue they have with our product or service, but at this point there is no issue with our customer ***SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REDACTED BY Revdex.com***

The check has to be written to the person that purchased the unit, so the name on the receiptI would also need that person to contact me so I can get their informationAs of right now I have not been contacted to resolve this issueAlso the agreement for for 50%If you still want to hold up your end of the agreement you will have to contact me, please have the receipt number when you do as this will help out the process [redacted] - Rob W

you asked that your mechanic be able to pick up the part, the customer noted this for you so that he could accommodate youYour mechanic came in to pick up the part like you said he would, we did not tell him that it was here, we did not call him to pick it uphe came in with your name saying the part was ready and it was, so like you had asked, we gave him the partWe will not be refunding the money unless the part is returned to B&R Autowrecking

I am rejecting this response because: This is not a professional or thorough explanation of what is wrong with the Gas Water Heater Obviously the unit is not working properly, but it is still functioning.The work that Mark did on the unit was less than minutes & then came the sales pitch to buy a new unit.Mark stated he was performing a point diagnostic test on the unit How many things should be reviewed? What exactly is wrong with the unit?It is clear to me they don't want to look at it again, so I will have someone else look at it.When I have the facts on what is wrong with it, I can provide more detail The details that they are unwilling to provide There hasn't been a leak since he left months ago The cleaning was not thorough or complete If the unit needs a tune up or cleaning that should be specified.Quite frankly they don't know what is wrong with the unit, but I still have hot water Why is it unsafe? What are the risks? Give me the facts or give me my money back!

I have reached out to Mr*** by phone, unfortunately he was not available today when I called if I do not hear back from him today I will try again tomorrow

To Revdex.com We were asked by *** *** to look at a Powervent water heaterMark our service tech (a Master Plumber for many years) responded to the callHe Quoted *** for a service call and to diagnose the heaterHe found water and rust inside
the burner assembly on the heater and gas would not pass throughAfter cleaning out a bunch of water, rust & crudhe replaced the burner assemblyWhen he tried to restart the heater the gas came on but it did not light right awayThis is an 11plus year old heaterMark felt it was risky to put back in serviceMark offered to replace the heater and dropped the price to a bare service call of even though he had spent considerable time on itHe informed *** that he felt this heater should really be replacedHe told him he felt it was risky to use this heater considering the age and condition it was inBeing his house was in foreclosure proceedings he asked for a scratch & dent water heaterMark was able to find one and discount a new heater a $He called back a month or so later and again spoke with Mark and Mark said he felt it was not safe to run! To set the record straight we do not have a point diagnostic service for Water HeatersSo we don't know what he is talking aboutIf he wants to run the heater that is fine but at his own risk, we don't want to be responsible for anything that happensWe feel he got an exceptional value for service rendered

We have agreed to fully refund the customer for the $they paid for the part and they are keeping the partWe do apologize for the inconvenience much of which was weather related,nevertheless we value Mr*** as a customer and hope we may be able to assist him in any future needs

I apologize for the inconvenience this caused youThe seller put a not that your mechanic will be picking this up in an attempt to better serve you, it seems as though that caused you some headaches we did not predictI will personally speak with this seller about the way it was handled and make
sure this is rectified in the future
