To Whom It May Concern:Thank you for your recent notification of complete filed by customer [redacted] .First and foremost, BR Movers performed relocation service (Pick-up, Storage, and Delivery) for this customer on 08/27/2016, and delivered [redacted] , belonging to O'FALLON, MO ***[redacted] , claims that the movers did not deliver to her all households goods items into new residence in MO.Please see the attached documents that sign by [redacted] , that confirm all of her belongings that was the piin Baltimore MD, and was kept into BR-Movers storage faculty in Washington DC, was delivered on 09/05/into O'FALLON, MO.Also, please check the delivery documents for [redacted] , that confirm that upon delivery [redacted] , checked the items according to the pickup inventory list and confirm with her signature that ALL items were delivered and the delivery was completed to [redacted] , satisfactionWeeks after the delivery was complete in MO, [redacted] , contact BR-Movers office in order to report that items are missing from the shipment delivered to her new residenceBR-Movers office sends [redacted] , "claims form" in order to start a claim process for the customer, and while doing that we have contact all other customers (total) that were delivered at the same truck as [redacted] , to follow up and check if any receive items that not belongings to his shipment.None did receive anything that not belongs to them: this process was done rapidity with [redacted] , on the phone line listening out to conventions with the other customers to confirm that no one receive items that not belongs to him.At the same time [redacted] , contact the broker (that booked her relocation service) company " [redacted] Van Line and reported on an item that is not belongs to her and she received, although the driver and [redacted] , check and confirm that all items were delivered [redacted] , claim that as costumer, she entitled to composition for the aggravation and discomfort that was caused to her because of the time she needs to invest in this items, and how will she get rid of this item that she received on top her belongings!!!!!!!!!.In conclusion, BR-Movers and [redacted] Van Lines, have attempted to resolve [redacted] , claims and provided all option to customer when even it was clear that [redacted] , claim do not have any grip in reality and according to the [redacted] trail the services order was completed to the customer satisfaction.In addition, We have attached multiplies on-line reviews that [redacted] , have posted regarding her Service with a variety of compliments that are not remotely close.BR Movers hopes this will help resolve the issue and will be happy to provide any otherinformation requestedSincerely,BR-MOVING AND STORAGE OF WASHINGTON DC,

When I responded to his email with the following: Mr. B[redacted],I have a signed contract, on which I have paid the required deposit, for my move to be completed for $5657.88. This is a binding estimate by Ron, on site at 05/16/2015 price not to exceed. I even paid an extra $295 as the Binding Estimate Fee. Ron came to our home last Saturday and took a careful list of our goods. Then he sent me an estimate based on his visit. However, in going through the inventory there were many things added that we weren't moving. We re-evaluated the list together and corrected the list to come up with the accurate inventory that the Binding Moving Estimate was prepared from. Your shipmate will weigh. Once again behalf of BR-MOVERS I am sorry for any Inconvenience that you experienced. As part of our full price Transparency and understanding, we want all the information provided to you upfront before the move day and to provide you with all the option available to you.Thank you in advance, I believe what actually transpired was that Ron B[redacted] did his best to inflate the estimate and when caught in the act he "corrected" his "mistake" and prepared a legitimate estimate, charged a binding estimate fee, I signed the estimate and paid 20% to hold it. I had a legally binding contract which The B[redacted] family refused to honor and chose to fraudulently change the price..As far as the return of the deposit to me, I only received it after I called the credit card company and their representative called Jennifer at BR Movers directly. I was on the conversation and she did her best to stall the return of the deposit. The credit card company representative got her permission to do the charge reversal himself and it was done at the time. I have no idea of how long they would have stalled and delayed the refund of my money without intervention from the credit card company.They are clearly SCAM ARTISTS, out to cheat people.

In the first letter addressed to us from the Revdex.com the client [redacted] compline, regarding damages that the moving crew made to the walls,
doors, and didn’t complete the work by putting the boxes in Individuals rooms.

1st complaint that items left
in the old residence, and regarding that all the service paperwork was asked to sign in advance before the move start.
Upon receiving our response to
the Revdex.com and the customer [redacted],
the complaint as now have new aspects like the demand for payment for damages that never occurred by the movers.
Also in [redacted] “new” Compline is the company was not forthcoming and
honest with the information provided to her; by [redacted] own words the
movers ask her to sign all the documents in advance what inform regarding the
terms and condition.
 Therefore, BR-MOVERS decline
any compensation to [redacted], and if
there is a need to take it escalate this case to the civil court system in order to
have a final resolution, please provide us with the information or to the company
attorney as mention above.

[redacted] Claims at her complaint that her relocation service is not preporem to her satisection and demages was done to her bilongings.Atthced is our "claim form” same as the one the was sent to [redacted], via e-mail and regular mail.In order to process [redacted], claim and to compensate the customer for the damages that accord while using our relocation services, we need the attached form to be filled up and send back to our office. After this information will received in our office, a response the composition amount will be sent to the [redacted].Please contact BR-MOVERS with any additional information required.Thank you,

Mr. [redacted], is not our customer and never was!! 
As a service provider, we did
provide him with relocation quote for his moving needs.
After the quote received by
the customer, Mr. [redacted] called and asked to modify the quote more than one time, and we agreed to the changes.
But due to Mr. [redacted] request to consider his
quote as “binding estimate not to exceed” we couldn’t accommodate all the
changes and still provide Mr. [redacted] with his request therefore we returned
Mr. [redacted] deposit and canceled his service .

These lawyers are just
as crocked as their client. 
I did not say the
BR-Movers falsified the tickets, [redacted] said BR Movers falisfied the tickets
but the letter they sent me. 
You can say that what
I'm saying is wrong and incorrect all day. You know that BR-Movers inflated my
moving cost in an effort to cover charge me on my move.
Your client BR-Movers
has my cabinet. Ronin told me he was going sent the cabinet to Florida, this
was back in September. As of today, I have not heard back from him.
BR-Movers also lost my
Canopy. I have submitted a claim ticket for missing items. I have not heard
from them on that either.
How much longer is it
going to take get my 2 items from BR-Moves or the value of my items?
The Canopy was $250 and
the cabinet was $90.

On 07/29/2016 (part of regular operations standard) representative from BR-MOVERS call to confirm the service for the next day, service was confirmed by [redacted], at the same phone call [redacted], informed our rep that was think that she will exceed the estimate that she was provided due many additional items that was not planned to moved and they not on the original inventory list that her estimate is based on. [redacted], signed the revised estimate and allow the movers to start to load her belongings.Per [redacted], she want a price "that will not change and Will cover all the needed service including at the delivery BR-Movers representative on the filled proved to [redacted], binding not to exceed price that was agreed and confirm by [redacted], with her signature (see attachment).Regarding the deposit We deducted the full S 700.00 that was paid to '[redacted] Van lines by [redacted], (see attached receipt).On the "delivery information from' (attached) that was filled by [redacted], on the pick-up day and provide us with all the information necessary for the delivery for [redacted], the earliest delivery date is 08/06/2016 or any day after, nor BR-Movers office rep nor our representative on the filled never discuss the 5" of august, as a delivery date with [redacted], delivery was done on 08/08/2016 as customer requested.Therefore, we at BR-MOVERS reject the customer compline based on the Wrong, incorrect, false, information provided by [redacted].We do sorry that [redacted], relocation experience was less then perfect, but the customer nor any reparative of her never call after the services was completed to express their dissatisfaction, until We receive this notice, this response is the reflation of the true cures as [redacted], relocation service happened.Please contact BR-MOVERS with any additional information required.
