Apt #: [redacted]
FAIRFAX VA, [redacted]@sbcglobal.net

[redacted]:
[redacted]
SUITE # [redacted]
COLUMBIA MD, [redacted].
To Whom It May Concern:
            Thank you for your
recent notification of a complete filed
by our customer, [redacted],
First and foremost, BR Movers performed relocation service for this
client on 11/03/2015 at Fairfax VA and delivered her household belonging to the
new residence at Fairfax VA on the same day.
[redacted], Complain in her latter that: when the mover arrived at
her house the first things of business was to ask the customer to sign all the
services PPW.
Per [redacted], she asked the
lead mover if she can sign the PPW at the
end of the service,
moreover, the response from the moves
was that all PPW needed to be filed in advance before the service started, and
the reason is because all the service term and condition needed to be agreed in
advance that way if there any dispute it can handle before the service started and
not at the end of the service.
Also per [redacted] latter she did informed and
confirm that before the movers leave the
1st location she need to check the house and confirm that all items that needed to moved did move
( attached signed document).
No one of the moving crew was irritated by [redacted]
question all answer was provided with courtesy
and respect to the customer questions.
Regarding the “difficulties“ that [redacted] mentioned in her complaint about to movers cannot
 remove items from the rooms,
This is a false statement noon of the “big items” didn’t leave
in the rooms, the movers were taking off the doors (as [redacted] mention
in her complaint) to remove thus items safely and securely from the rooms.
Also, a false statement made by [redacted] that the movers damaged
the doors and the walls while moving her belongings from old residence,
Per [redacted] complaint the movers removed the
doors to remove
the belongings from the rooms,
If the doors were off
the hinges as [redacted] compliant how can the doors be damaged?
The movers did inform [redacted] before they left to
the new residence regarding some marks on the walls that can clean with a wet
towel (what the movers did themselves before leaving to the next home with [redacted]
cleaning agent).
Also [redacted] complaint that the
movers did not pack her belongings and only used “some tape to hold one side of
the blanks” please see the attached signed “packing supplies list” signed by [redacted] actually to see what packing material the movers used and also
provide [redacted] 50% discount on the total price.
We can continue more and more like the
compliant of $ 150.00 for the sofa the [redacted] Supposedly paid for the
movers to move her sofa via the stairs completely false, the movers did inform [redacted] regarding the cost that might apply in cash the sofa won’t fit in the
elevator what wasn’t necessary for the end.
The following morning [redacted] did contact our
office to complain regarding the service,
she provided the lead foreperson that was at the site try to answer
all [redacted] claims but when the lead mover provides answer [redacted] did not
like she refused to keep talking with him and ask for a manager.
When the company owner answers
[redacted], she did not be forthcoming
and ignored the three movers words, and the service PPW, by the end of the conversation
[redacted] was informed BR-MOVERS that she will file Complain with the Revdex.com and much
other per her words (and she did).
BR-Movers do not see
any sufficient reason to refund the customer any funds, due to [redacted] complain filled with false information and due to the reason that the movers under
charge [redacted] for the actual time worked.
Please see attached relocation service paperwork and contract sign by [redacted] on
the move day.
Thank you for taking the time to read our response.

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:I repeat my initial complaint that the extra charges were not filled in until after my goods were loaded on the truck. The contract was signed in some places (in good faith by me) before those charges were added. After the goods were loaded, the person in charge (Buddy) started talking about volume, not weight and filled in the extra charges. That is when I called [redacted] to find out why these additional charges were being applied. They did not answer their phone and when they called me back, they could not respond as to why/what the charges were for. Please note that the copy of the Interstate Household Goods Bill of Lading that BR Movers sent to the Revdex.com was signed and dated by the person in charge. My copy does not have that date or signature on it. Please refer to the attachments in my second response. I have also reattached for your review. The only paperwork that I received from Presto Movers was their copy of the Household Goods Descriptive Inventory and the Interstate Household Goods BOL. There was no documentation from a weigh station about the actual weight.Thank you for your attention to this matter. Please let me know if you have any questions or need further information.
Regards,
[redacted]
