The customer's have since picked up the vehicle from our Ford service department. We have followed up with them to insure that they were satisfied. We had to replace 3 fuel injectors, the fuel injection high pressure oil pump and the fuel pressure regulator. We expensed over $1500.00 in doing so with zero expense to the customer. I do believe that now they are satisfied.

Revdex.com:With the non-response given by the company as their stance, I thought the refund was being handled and the Revdex.com was following through to the end. However, neither was the case. I still believe that this was misleading business practices. I am given no choice by the Revdex.com's willingness to accept the businesses first response of lies and then a no response as a valid response and closed the case as answered, to accept the return of half of the 100% unnecessary service bill. I am surprised by the company's willingness to just ignore repeated phone calls and requests for their offered refund and then, play dumb and write a response that it was unknown by them the obvious outcome. Yes, phone bills show my calls as proof of my calls.  I guess it is another way of showing the way they do business. It also greatly diminishes the supposed value of a Revdex.com accreditation of "A+" rating. Let it be known, I still believe a FULL refund is proper. I guess the Revdex.com gets the other half.
I will also say that I am very disappointed in the way the Revdex.com has handled this "case". It appears to me that by accepting the company's money to get an accreditation, they would be willing to accept a NO RESPONSE by the company as a valid response and therefore holds the company to ZERO responsibility or accountability. Their rules to get an accreditation means nothing. As a consumer who has never had to take anything this far before, it is very evident to me that no matter what, money wins out. The company lied in their original response, I rejected the lies, but the Revdex.com was tolerable with a no response from the company and closed the case as answered, without seeing this case through the end to a proper resolve. I had to have the case reopened two months after the original complaint to ask why my phone calls for the offered refund have gone unanswered by the company as well as the Revdex.com. Then the company responds as "we didn't know how they wanted to resolve it". I guess playing dumb and blaming the customer is worthy of an "A+" rating by the Revdex.com. I even had to call the Revdex.com twice to get them to move on a resolve, as they (Revdex.com) "forgot" to call me back. Total consumer let down.
If the company was truly not trying to play games, their response should have been "we mailed the check on --/--/--, sorry for any inconvenience", and be done with it. But they must add more lies and then blame the customer. Great business practices! You can mail the check to the address on file. I propose that the Revdex.com does not close this case (again) until the refund has been received, as the company has shown to be unresponsive and likes to play childish games. Please let me know when the check has been mailed.
I don't appreciate the wringer I've been pulled through, and I only get half back.....maybe.

We have contacted the customer and we activated his Lojack. The customer is now happy.

Customer has been contacted and has been refunded what was owed and check has been overnighted to [redacted], the bank that the vehicle is financed with.

Our response is that we have contacted the customer and confirmed with him that he does have the warranty with Total Care. He is now happy and we feel this complaint is now resolved.Sincerely,Brad F[redacted]

I spoke to Mr. [redacted] this morning. He stated that he is still getting letters of denial from lenders. I told him that we have not submitted his application since he was attempting to purchase a vehicle from us. He said that he would have his wife bring one of the letters to me to investigate. I...

will await this from his wife and proceed from there.

We contacted the customer and installed the wheel locks for him. He is now happy and complaint is resolved.

We followed up with the customer after our repairs and they were completely satisfied. If there are leaks due to the repairs we have done then we will definitely repair those at no charge. If it is a separate complaint regarding a separate issue than the one we repaired then we can offer the customer a substantial discount on the new repairs. Please have the customer call the General sales manager [redacted] at [redacted] if they want us to fix the leaking valve covers.
