I am rejecting this response because: It is NOT CLEAR as to if this hard inquiry will be removedThey just said they'd dispute it to ***and send correspondence in the mail...I will accept the business' response ONCE I know for sure...it will be taken OFF my credit report

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find their response answered my question about who they are and why they pulled a credit report on me. However, I would suggest Factual Data disclose to the Credit Bureau and the Credit Bureau disclose on the consumer's Credit Report, Factual Data's client or at least that they pulled the report for another partyIn this time of rampant identity thief, one of the consumer's main defense mechanisms is to monitor who is checking their creditI do not believe most consumers have a clue who or what Factual Data is or what they do. Their website does not shed a great deal of light on that either

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: After talking with the three bureaus I decided to reject the response # 1.because according to the bureaus is that it said that the credit scores are reported the same as the score that I receive and that the off brand services use their own models to fulfill their requesters demands.# And it does not matter what models that's used the credit scores should not change and when I look back on may 25th I can see very clearly that my credit score did change a lot and I wonder just many other consumers suffered the same actions on that day alone. So having said that I feel at this point I will have to move to mode # none of this back and forward is getting any changes made and this will keep on going until someone get it changed and to stop agencies from hurting consumers with this practice just to make a few bucks

for contacting Factual Data through the Revdex.com’s consumer portal. Your complaint, which was received by Factual Data on January 30, 2017, stated the following under the portal’s “Consumer’s Statement of the Problem” section:   "I recently discovered that your company ran an unauthorized credit inquires on me on the following dates 2/29/16 and 3/25/2016. I did not authorize such inquires and this constitutes a violation of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting act 604; as well as a violation of my rights to privacy and subjects you to a fine. Re: Revdex.com Complaint
ID Number: [redacted]
Dear Mr. [redacted]:
On behalf of Factual Data, I write in response to your complaint filed on the Revdex.com’s website, which was received by Factual Data on June 20, 2016. ...

Specifically, you stated the following under the website’s “customer’s statement of the problem” section:
After my bank pulling my credit report from Factual Data, found that some items that I know had be fixed from the credit reporting agency ([redacted]) had not been fixed on Factual Data report which caused a lower credit than what should have been.
And, under the website’s “desired settlement,” you noted:
If this company is going to provide these kinds of services that they should at least keep information up to date.
By way of background, Factual Data is a reseller of consumer reports and does not maintain a database of consumer information. Rather, we act as a conduit of the information passed between the three Nationwide Consumer Reporting Agencies (NCRAs) – [redacted] and [redacted] – and our ultimate end-user client. Because Factual Data does not have direct access to your credit file (which is maintained by the NCRAs) and does not maintain its own database of information, to the extent a consumer requests certain changes to his/her credit report, Factual Data must pass along the requested change to the relevant NCRA, which determines whether a change to your credit report should be made.
In response to your request, Factual Data reached out to you to verify additional information to proceed with the dispute. During this conversation you stated that you have re-accessed [redacted] report and the [redacted] accounts have been updated. Per the conversation we noted that that update was made after the Factual Data Report that was accessed by [redacted]. At that time you stated that you didn’t want to proceed with a dispute through Factual Data.
I hope this response satisfies your inquiry, should you have any further questions at a letter date.
Sincerely,

Laura H[redacted]
Consumer Assistance Manag

ID Number: [redacted]   Dear [redacted]:   Thank you for contacting Factual Data through the Revdex.com’s consumer portal. Your complaint, which was received by Factual Data on October 3, 2016, stated the following under the portal’s “Consumer’s Statement of the Problem” section:   I received a notice about this company pulling my credit report, in turn creating a hard inquiry which dropped my credit score significantly. I did not authorize this to happen. I know nothing about this company and why they have pulled my credit report. I have no clue who or what this company is.   Additionally, under the portal’s “Desired Settlement,” you noted:   I would like to have the hard inquiry that has been created on my credit reports taken off.   Factual Data provides credit information from one or more of the three Nationwide Consumer Reporting Agencies (NCRAs) to its clients, which are primarily banks, mortgage companies, other lending institutions and landlords that have a permissible purpose under the Fair Credit Reporting Act to obtain credit information for lending purposes.
