 the whole purpose of traveling from CLARKSVILLE shop , to the shop in LOUISVILLE, was do to not only the atti tude of the front desk , but CLARKSVILLE refused to resurface my rotors as agreed to by phone call prior to scheduling my 9.00 am am appt. LOUISVILLE envited to correct the problem by resurfacing the rotors . upon arrival there , I gave [redacted], the district MANAGER, all the hardware, there was no discussion or instruction about what to do since we had just got off the phone. never did I tell BRAKEWAY not to resurface my rotors. after hours of waiting , it was noticed by me that the front rotors were not being worked. I asked the mech. why not and he told me that he was not told to do so. giving BRAKEWAY the benefit of doubt, assuming them to be professionals, I deemed the front to be not in need. days after I came to realize this to be untrue, I returned to BRAKEWAY , asked that they rectify this, they refused to do so without another 60.00 payment. I called corporate, they woman told me that [redacted] was the district manager and his word was final. TO SAY THAT I INSTRUCTED BRAKEWAY TO EXCLUDE THIS IS A LIE!!!.  I MIGHT AS WELL HAD STAYED IN CLARKSVILLE.
